Everything you could ask for, with very friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Location is good, quite place (october), apartment was clean. Generally it is very good value for money.

Exceptional value for money, clean modern apartment, location was quiet and within short walking distance to the beach and strip

Booking.com profile for the facility stated that there was a 24 hour reception. We indicated that we were arriving at midnight, we then read the reviews which started this was not true, we had to contact the facility ourselves and ask, we were told then that we had to go to another hotel to check in and collect the keys. If we had not read the reviews we would not have known and it would have been an awful experience to arrive to not be able to check-in

pool was dirty, bottom was covered in pine nettles. And the gardens were dry and dirty. The whole garden area is worst i have seen . A little bit of water would make the place look a bit better. I will not be booking again.

They say on the internet, that on the accommodation is free wi-fi. But its only for 10 minutes though :-/

- parking spaces available around - large room with a balcony (unfortunately with only a pool and concrete view) - actually usable kitchen even with utensils, silverware and fridge - good mooded receptionists, sincerely helpful - small (free) beach close by

- we actually haven't had a chance to see the property we booked as it was under reconstruction and we were accommodated in apartment of Hotel Playa Del Mar, owned by the same company - a large complex packed with mass-touristic majority either 70+, drunk or both; as opposed to what we were looking for - a small quiet place for those interested in the island itself, its culture and traveling around, not just sunburns, all-inclusive drinks, all-you-can-eat meals and pools on premises - most likely to be terribly overcrowded during peak season
