C'était notre deuxième séjour à l'Apollo, et nous avons été très satisfait .
Ns avons pris une suite avec petit salon séparé..très bien en cas de réveil nocturne , possibilité de s'isoler
Le personnel est au top et les repas aussi .
Nous avions pris la pension complète .
Repos total ... décompression...c'était super ..
Nous avons tout apprécié.
Rien...sauf les clients qui pensent que les parcours dans les bains pratiquant des jets d'eau thermale sont leur salon et peuvent rester des heures au même endroit empêchant les autres d'en profiter un peu aussi..question d'éducation 🙄

The thermal pools were excellent. The massage treatment was excellent. The area around pools was relaxing & quiet. Bar staff excellent.
No-one gave instructions on how to use spa, pools, gym equipment etc.
Restaurant was an awful experience. you were expected to choose & eat 4 courses in one hour! Food absolutely average! No-one spoke English so difficult to interpret what was what. We never used the restaurant again.
Lunch was served between 12.30-1.30! Guests should be treated like real people & sufficient time should be given for lunch & dinner.
Breakfasts were included - absolutely average!
Lady at checkout office on Friday 27/5/22 @ 6.30pm. When my husband went to settle our bill, she asked if everything had been to his liking. He replied yes all good apart from restaurant & described our experience. She then accused him of blackmail & asked if he’d leave a bad review!! Zero points for her for customer service! you know who you are!
The clientele tend to be elderly but lovely & the entertainment comprises of someone playing an organ & piano accordion! Difficult to enjoy a nice quiet drink on an evening outside.

A lot of services, pools and sport, tennis, ping pong. Rooms very good clean and comfortable. Personnel very kind and available. Very big parking area. Possibility to rent bikes.
The target is mostly tourists over 50 and families that want to relax.
The breakfast is basic and can be improved.

Responsive staff (many thanks to Jenny who was very attentive). Perfect cleanliness everywhere. Tasty and various food for lunch and diner. Fine thermal pools. Free bikes.
When you plan to go for the whole day (traveling to Venice for example) you can ask to replace lunch with lunch-box that will be ready early in the morning. The waiters in restaurant were very attentive
When we arrived we got bad room in the corner with small balcony and rather dark. It was not the room we saw when booked the hotel. We asked another room but got it on the next day only. Wi-Fi didn't work the way it was designed so you need to go to reception and ask for PIN code

Excellent services, it's a three stars hotel, but could definitely have another star!
The rooms and the common places are kept very clean.
The garden is big and well mantained. Four outside pools.
Amazing choice of food, every day a different menù for lunch and dinner.
The suites are spacious.
You can even choose a pillow from a list.
The staff is really kind and professional.
Huge choice of different SPA treatments.
Just some minor details:
The service at the restaurant is quite slow, but that's not such a problem as it's place you will visit to relax and also enjoy the excellent food.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved, if you use the table to work there is a lack of light for reading.
The mattresses are a little bit hard.
I will appreciate if there it will be the possibility of keeping the bathroom towels for more than one day and if they fix the toilet flush in order to save some precious water.
