The location is accessible

Room was spacious, bed comfy, AC very loud but worked well (you do not need it at night - room stays nicely cool), separate room to smoke, hot water in the shower. I liked the location: 25 Peso tricycle ride to the city center, but much less noisy from street.
Sink needs unclogging. The smoking area was not clean. Wifi did not work properly.

Didn’t understand why they said I cancelled my reservation when we stayed as booked.

-No one is answering when calling the receptionist
-When leaving, I can’t find one staff to talk to
-Staff is confused between bcom booking and ditect booking. They are not sure if I have bfast included or not.

Location was good. Ample parking onsite. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cooking facilities.
A restaurant onsite would have been great as their aren't many close options.
