First of all: Petros is the ideal host and his role in making our vacation unforgettable cannot be overstated: extremely friendly, available at all times, perfect tips, fully committed to the "no stress for guests" idea. Even though we arrived quite late (and with a bit of delay), he expected us at the airport, guided us to a very nice take-away and then accompanied us to the villa where fresh fruit, orange juice and drinking water were already provided. He even managed to get us a coffee machine of our choice (in addition to the one already present)! He was even put to the test by an extended power outage (caused by the power supplier) and he managed it brilliantly! Secondly: the villa is very clean, the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool has the perfect size for a family and is fighting for the top "attraction" spot with the pool table, and the summer kitchen is a very useful addition to the already extended package. Speaking of the swimming pool, the hedges around it are offering the perfect degree of privacy.

Villa Evergreen is a fantastic house. The outdoor airconditioned kitchen is fabulous. Fully equiped: fridge, freezer, tv, grill etcetera. The swimming pool has the perfect size. deep enough (1,4m approx ). Most of the time you will stay near outdoor kitchen and pool. The house has (ground floor) a big living room with pool table and good kitchen. enough place to relax. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Villa Evergreen is a perfect stay. you can park the car (advice) on own property under the carport. Sunbeds and chairs are perfect. Petros is a very very very friendly host, always available and gives advice where to go, where to eat, etcetera. House is just outside Heraklion. Fence with a lot of plants and trees that gave us all the needed privacy. Overall a big 10!!!

Very nice villa. We felt very comfortable. Petros was a super nice host and took very good care of us. His recommendations were great and his local knowledge was very helpful. We were also very positively surprised that Petros welcomed us directly at the airport and helped us directly with everything. Many thanks for the nice week

It's a little outside. You need a taxi or car to get to Heraklion town. But we were aware and therefore it was no problem. And the billiard cues could be renewed ;)

The villa was fantastic from the moment we arrived, the electric gates rolled back and we were taken in by the private, beautiful, well-equipped stunning villa. This place is superb and Petros is spot on with getting the balance right of being available to help with anything and everything and very discreet at the same time giving you total privacy. Can't recommend this place enough. You will need a car.

There was nothing we didn't like!

villa was superb. Petros who managed the villa was an amazing host ! nothing was too much trouble for him. The pool and garden area were amazing.

Only thing that would of made it better was having aircon downstairs.
