Location - It is by the road and on the way to the beaches (Porto Katsiki). We stayed here in April and the nearest shop, restaurant were in Vasiliki which was like 30 plus minute drive Hostess/staff - Communication was good with quick response. Very helpful for beach, shop recommendations. Accommodations/room - It was ok for the price but not fully ready to be occupied. We paid for two rooms and took one as the other two rooms shown were not cleaned or ready to be occupied. The place needs quite a bit of work and then it would make a good place to stay. The room was inside a screened door and seemed like a house converted for multiple unit rental. The room we stayed in had extra beds which made it ok but the bath had no shower screens making it more of a wet bath. The bath was definitely not a good set up. The bed, mattress was ok and the room had heater (&ac) which kept it warm Kitchen - Stove with some cups, kitchen basics provided. View - Sea view was nice but the weather was not exciting for our stay. Overall - The room we stayed in and options shown were not ready but considering the price I would say it was an average stay.

The host was very nice, we didn’t have beach blankets and umbrella and she helped us. There are 4/5 restaurants close to the house.

So helpful when our car broke down

The kitchen was well equipped and the room temperature was pleasant. Balcony with excellent sea and sunset view.

Even though the host was nice and welcoming there were no formalities during the check in and check out. The cleanliness was questionable and we did not feel at ease while in the room. The appartment next to ours looked like it was abandoned while under construction with building materials scattered all over. Not the best choice as the facilities and the experience do not justify the allocated price for this room.

Absolutely amazing view, the hostess Christina is super helpful and friendly, this one is top of the top, greatly recommended and will definitely visit again! Together with my husband and my three year old son we had a remembering holiday at South Side, Athani, Lefkada.

This place is great! Everything was amazing! Many, many thanks to the host, Christina is an exceptional person, very kind and welcoming. She was super carefully, helpful at all times with tips and tricks, and gave us great local recommendations. There are quite a few taverns within walking distance. Christina made our stay amazing! The place is a wonderful location. The most popular beaches are just a few minutes away by car (Egremni, PortoKatsiki). We loved also Gialos Beach (only 10 minutes by car, very large beach, with a few tourists, two bars on the beach and free parking). The garden had an amazing view, the sunsets are wonderful here, the room was excellent. I definitely recommend this place!

This place is great! It was an excellent location to check out the incredible beaches on the south / west of the island (the best beaches on the island in my opinion!) The host is super wonderful, she is very kind and welcoming and gave us great local recommendations. There are quite a few restaurants / taverns within walking distance. I definitely recommend this place as a great base to explore Lefkada!

Just a bit cluttered entryway

We had a lovely stay at south side! The host Xristina is really kind, helpful and made us feel like home. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a really nice sea view. We will definitely come back to South Side if we come to the area again.

The host is the nicest person we met there so far. The house is clean, the view is amazing. Location gives you quick access to two of the most beautiful beaches - Egremni and Porto Katsiki. It's our favourite place to stay there now.

Christina is an incredibly attentive, welcoming host. She brought us coffee, cake and even let us borrow her beach umbrella. She's always available to help and give advice on where to go. The room we stayed in was good, had a good shower and a breathtaking view. All the famous beaches of Lefkada are within a short drive away. The small village of Athani is within walking distance and has a small supermarket and a couple of good tavernas.

Bed was a bit squeaky and the kitchen could have had a few more things (kettle, toaster) but I'm sure if we mentioned this to Christina she would have sorted it out.

We were charmed by the hospitability of our hosts, they were very kind and useful. The room was very nice, clean, have a terrace with a view of the sea. The bed is large and comfortable. Athani place is lovely, peaceful with everything you need, and also an excellent place as a starting point to visit beaches on the west side of Lefkada. Parking is large and practical because is immediately next to the road.

Everything was great! The place is at a wonderful location. The most popular beaches are just a few minutes away by car. The garden had an amazing view, and the room was excellent, it was clean and spacious. Christina is an exceptional host. She was super pleasant, helpful at all times, and made our stay even more enjoyable! We truly appreciate everything she did for us.

This is an excellent location for visiting two magnificent beaches of the west side, Yialos and Porto Katsiki. Christina is extremely nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, our balcony shade was stuck and impossible roll up, so we could not enjoy the amazing view!

Everything was exceptional if what you are looking for is peaceful, quiet and simple accommodation. The owner was really friendly, helpful and providing, the studio was super clean and the view simply majestic.

The kitchen was super slow to cook.
