מיקום טוב, קרוב למרכז העיר ולתחבורה .סופר גדול ליד כולל אוכל מוכן ושעות העבודה נוכות ללא ימי חופש. פרקים יפים בסביבה, אזור נראה בטוח .

היתה סתימה במקלחת, תקנו למחרת. ארוחת בוקר לא טובה, לא תואמת למחיר. גם העובדת לא סימפטית ולא שירותית בכלל. הבטיחו לנו בעת ההזמנה חדר עם נוף להרים, קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לבניין ישן. היתי ממליצה לחדש לובי המלון, נראה מאוד מאוד ישן וההרגשה הראשונה שנכנסים היא לא טובה .

All members of staff were very friendly and polite, and the location was just where I needed to be. The bath was blocked and the water wad overflowing while having a shower.

The food wasn't great, the chicken in my soup wasn't cooked enough, and the potatoes and carrots were very hard to chew. The breakfast was toast and jam, but it was like a bread and jam, which wasn't ideal but still filling.

I reserved a parking place (paid parking) but unfortunately, I didn't get it when I arrived. The staff didn't explain to me why that happened or try to find an alternative - he said, take it, or leave it (in other words).

All facilities, hotel itself, location and staff are amazing in spite of no parking

Location is perfect, near every single place you should visit in Sofia, and it is near a metro station. The staff was nice and informal. The food at the restaurant was ok. The room is old and would need some renovation, but for this price its just fine.

The water takes too long to get hot at the bathroom and there was some leak at the bathtub. I would recommend also to install newer televisions, it would be usefull to have some YouTube for the kids at night.

It's nice that the location of the hotel is on the street. I arrived late and the staff at the reception was very helpful.

The toilet in the room didn't work. We asked for a different room, but we had to stay in this room because there was not enough room for us. We asked for a bucket to solve the water problem in the toilet and this way we solved the problem.

The location is good.

There was mould on the walls, the sewage was blocked and the water from the bathroom stayed without draining.

Excellent location but still outdated hotel even in the remodeled rooms. The stuff was very nice. Overall if you are on the budget travel and want to be in excellent location it is definitely your choice

It has got best location,staff was helpfull and everywhere had been cleaned before.Breakfast was amazing.Good choice for backpaker.
