the view is amazing, very well located , I loved Imerovigli and would certainly recommend this location for others

when we arrived we were told that we would have to pay the rest of the stay at checkin, we did not expect to pay the remaining amount at the property, as we expected the payment to be made through the online Booking system. anyways, given this information we swiped one of our credit cards, however, the transaction failed. The receptionist who was dealing with us (the one on the night shift) was extremely rude about the situation and even suggested that we had no money to pay, she at no time offered solutions to help us and was extremely upset speaking in a high tone of voice. voice. it was all so stressful that all i wanted was to find another place to stay and get out of nefeli because it was very late (almost 11pm) we couldn't find anywhere else quickly, so after a very stressful 1 hour we decided to go to an ATM to try to withdraw the money and luckily we did. I wish the reception was better trained in the face of such circumstances because instead of trying to help it just made us feel worse despite this episode the whole team was very nice to us during our stay with respect to the room I think the bathrooms need some renovations and it is old and not comfortable

The view was fantastic and it was great to have our very own little patio. The private hot tub was a welcome end to our 20,000 step day!

The bathroom was nice, however the shower was only so/so since the pressure wasn't great. The shower also lacked a shower curtain, so a lot of the bathroom got wet.

The view was absolutely breathtaking, there are no words to describe it. The location was also perfect, the host was really nice and the breakfast was huge and delicious. I don't know if you can find this value for money anywhere else in Santorini.

The pool was not really swimmable. It had an extremely small portion where you could swim but for the most part the water would only reach your knees. If you are after pictures and not actually swimming, it will definitely do the job. It was a little annoying for me but the view was so incredibly spectacular that I still give it a 10.

Bathroom was very small and not at all clean also the room said it had balcony but the balcony was just next to reception so it’s not really a private balcony. We paid 300Euro a night for the room with private balcony.. so it was disappointing to have the room and terrace just next to reception. Rather the common terrace was more nice as it wasnt too crowded as well.

Loved the location, the view, the staff and the pool area. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They stored our luggage on our last day and allowed us use the facilities.

There was noise at night from another hotel, though all hotels in Santorini are close together, any hotel in the vicinity would have heard the noise. The wifi was not that strong in the room.

It was the first time I booked a hotel that the view in person was even more stunning than in the pictures

Loved our private balcony, the pool and the room. It was amazing and the view was breathtaking. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. About a 25 minute walk to Fira which we found easy. The modern take on the classic Greek cave style room was lovely. We loved our stay in Santorini.

Bathroom is designed in a way that it gets soaked whenever you have a shower - the bath mat would be dripping wet each time and since the bathroom has no windows it stays humid and steamy for ages even with the fan on.

The included breakfast was spectacular and was eaten from quite possibly the best view anywhere on the island. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The aircon was quiet which allowed us to sleep with it on (a necessity for Santorini summers)

The pool was small and not heated. The size didn't matter too much as for a good portion of our stay, we were the only users but I can imagine that this place can get busy.

The room was amazing and Christina and the rest of the staff were fantastic, quick to respond to any requests and sort out taxis and helping with bags etc. Great location as well and stunning views, can't wait to go back!

The hotel was everything we dreamed, staff were so helpful. The views of Santorini from the pool were amazing. The rooms had all the facilities you could possibly need, including a little kitchenette and having breakfast with that view on a morning was great!

Excellent views, nice small pool, very helpful staff. They helped us with transports and restaurants. The room was a cave with good airconditioning and machine against humidity, as shower is not ventilated.

The hosts were very nice and helpful! The view was spectacular, one of the best spot in the island! The rooms and terrace clean and pleasant!!
