Service. No proper kitchenette, bath towels and slippers. Living and dining area not up to mark. Sofas on living room full dust.

The property is in an excellent location the lobby is gorgeous and so was my room. Very spacious.

The room was filthy, very dusty and muggy, the dishwasher wash missing, the ceiling was water damaged and not adequate for living if someone had to, the Carpet and sofas need a deep a cleaning , the television is entirely to small for the “Luxury” look , fresh linen and towels need to be regularly changed, toenails were at the head of the bed under the sheets, and immediate electric maintenance is needed!!! Many light switches and outlets were inoperable and the bathroom has broken shelves and the toilet barely flushed.

Absolutely Nothing.

Everything to be honest, the place is disgusting, old furniture, not clean, the staff is not friendly, they have nothing ready in the rooms, they try to force you to leave your passport at the desk. For the price they charge is way overpriced.
