Bei der Buchung wurde nicht mitgeteilt das Bar und Restaurant im Buchungszeitraum geschlossen hat.
Bei der Nachfrage am zweiten Tag nach offenen Restaurants wurde keine konkrete Aussage gegeben.
Verbesserung: Wenn das eigene Restaurant geschlossen ist, zumindest die Umliegenden Restaurants mit Öffnungszeiten für die Gäste parat haben.

Hotel bellissimo, situato a pochi minuti di auto da Bressanone (oppure a piedi 20 min circa percorrendo sentieri lungo fiume piacevoli). Personale presente, accogliente e professionale. Colazione super ricca, camera fantastica e letti comodi! Spa al -1 con piscina, sauna, bagno turno e docce molto carina! Adatto a famiglie e coppie, lo consiglio!

Non va bene se viaggi per lavoro. La camera non aveva nemmeno un piccolo piano di appoggio per un computer per leggere mail. Solo piccola mensola stretta sotto il TV. Lavabo bagno senza appoggio laterale.

Abbiamo adorato questa struttura. Sia le stanze che gli ambienti della struttura veramente molto puliti. Molto apprezzata l'accoglienza e la cura nei minimi dettagli. La piscina, anche se non molto grande, era un piccolo angolo di paradiso. La colazione molto buona e davvero ottima qualità dei prodotti.
Peccato per il menu del ristorante. Lo abbiamo trovato molto povero.

Great hotel, perfect atmosphere, newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds and pillows (!), nice sauna, clean and cosy. Breakfast very good. Enjoyed!
I missed the kettle and tea/coffee options in the room, highly advisable. Also some sausages or other than egg warm food options at breakfast recommended.

Very comfortable room, it is new and spacious. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Great location which is non touristy, you finally can feel what the real neighbourhood is like in this area. Can be a family oriented place.
Slightly inconvenient for those that is not driving, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The room was nice and the breakfast.
It was very difficult to reserve a table in the restaurant and the attitude of the head waiter, we think, was not very professional. The other staff in the restaurant were very service minded.

If you don’t speak German or Italian then don’t bother going to the restaurant. They don’t have a menu on English and the staff try’s to avoid you as much as they can.

One of our rooms had renovated bathroom, another had older bathroom. As it was off-season, the restaurant was closed and the breakfast was consisting from cold buffet only.
