The address was perfect for me because I had to work nearby. The breakfast was pretty ok. But the room was too noisy because it was facing Via Tiburtina road.

The size of the room was ok. The staff was helpful and nice.

The toilet was dirty. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting, not touchable. The shower cabinet was too small for a regular person creating difficulties to get a decent shower. It was not possible to hold the shower head due to a broken part. I had to perform a temporary fix to be able to take shower. All in all, the room was not compatible with a 4 stars hotel.

Comfortable and clean rooms,

The A/C sounded like my grandmother’s old washing machine, it was just so noisy, but you needed it on because of the heat. Two of my colleagues were staying in the same hotel and their A/C didn’t work at at and we’re just told to ‘open the window’. Worst of all was that I was bitten by bed bugs and while I only saw one, I ended up with 7 bites - not a pleasant experience. Local habits obviously differ country to country, but I found it frustrating sitting outside the bar surrounded by people smoking dope - and the bar staff ignoring it 🤷‍♂️

Location ideal to visit the many industries in the area. The hotel looked good but I had arrived very late and left very early therefore I had no chance to really appreciate or check anything. However room, bathroom and breakfast were ok. Good free parking.

I was hosted in an annex building (old farmhouse) directly overlooking a very noisy road... and was too noisy. Acoustic isolation to be improved. I cannot say anything for the main building

The manager was extremely helpful the staff took care of our needs breakfast great ,everything clean and squared away. Compared to many other places I wish I had stayed there longer ,very nice 👍 JH
