We stayed in a 2bed room Townhouse which was beautifully appointed & presented,it was large & had everything you might need for a short or long stay

It was very hot humid weather & had air conditioning in main living area but only overhead fans in bedrooms ,

This resort is across the road from Pippi's Beach. A great location to walk to Angourie via the coast. 1.5 hrs each way casually. It's about a 15 min walk into the main street of Yamba. Apartment feels large with big balcony, lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Warm welcome and good information from the reception. Facilities were well looked after and the pool.was great. So close to the beach. The unit had everything we needed and was well maintained. Even though quite a large complex it was lovely and quiet at night.

It would have been great to have a tap or similar to wash down from the beach before you headed back to.your room, I felt bad about all the sand we must have been tracking around. There may have been some but none I could see in the immediate vicinity of our unit.

Beautiful accommodation and location.

Wanted to stay longer. We will be back.

I booked the ground floor due to my health, so when I got there and had to climb stairs I wasn't happy, either were the other people who booked in at the same time. You need to state that there is no lift.

Loved that we were right across the road from the beach, and not far to walk to shops. We were given a room with a partial ocean view, which was very pleasant. Thanks to Sarah at reception, she was most obliging. The actual resort is lovely, the 2 pool areas were kept in pristine condition as was the tennis court.

The room was in need of urgent repairs, the hand rail to get upstairs was broken, which is an OH&S issue, someone could have a bad fall. The soap holder in the shower collapsed when the soap was put on it. The vertical blinds were in need of replacement, and ugly. The bedside lamp switch is broken.

Fabulous location. Walked maybe 100 steps to the beach. Sat on the sand dunes drinking wine and eating cheese. Watching the world go by. The facilities were pristine. However, we didn't use them. The accommodation was spotless and clean, large and comfortable. Cooking facilities were well organised and a large fridge, and garage for the car. The owners had sporting equipment available for use. I highly recommend.

Faultless. I have no negative comments at all. Truly amazing get away. Book with confidence.

Our apartment was on the first floor and it was fully renovated and lovingly presented

Our car didn’t fit underneath the garage but it wasn’t a huge problem as there was plenty of on street parking

Arriving at night it was not clear where the keys were located

Amazing service from Renee at reception. So friendly and welcoming. The villa was spacious, clean and was right at the beach. It was all perfect.

no lifts - 45 steps to 3rd floor apartment! Luke warm water in kitchen and bathroom basins; not much washing up liquid (which wouldn’t suds up anyway) or dishwasher powder; no sugar, salt or pepper; All small things but important for short stay people with limited space to carry everything needed to make accommodation work.

Lovely views of Pippi beach and along the coast. Easy walk to town. Access to pool and tennis courts.

The units were spacious and very well separately from the other units

The unit needed more than 4 coffee pods in a two bedroom unit with 3 people.

Beautiful home and facilities, close to the beach and not too far from town, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were quick to respond to an issue with the electric garage door. Kids loved the pool!

The air con took some figuring out as it was freezing the first night of our stay but not too difficult.
