Perfect location within easy distance to shopping, restaurants and golf club

Very steep street meant we had to drive to shopping centres rather than walk due to 2 of us having knee surgery. Parking was tight to manoeuvre in the narrow driveway for 2 cars

Location was awesome.

Beds were doubles only. Aircon PowerPoint was faulty. Lounge broken and very uncomfortable.

LOCATION is EVERYTHING!...you are in a prime position to main beach access and the main street, and some distant mountain views. Washer and drier a bonus.

The accommodation is very tired, with few redeeming features and has noticeable ,long term dirt and grime. The property is very poorly identified, and situated on an extremely steep hill, the entrance is very tight, so take care. It is upstairs and accessed via a dirty path(nothing that a power wash couldn't fix),either where the rubbish bins are kept or infront of the downstairs residence. There is an undercover parking space- we had to move some moldy plastic chairs to fit our car in- it is extremely tight ! On reading previous reviews people mentioned cleanliness, I'm not sure what happened between their visit and ours but it was not clean. Im sure the cleaners do their best to make it as presentable as possible, but they are working with an already old, tired and deeply dirty property. (I laughed when i noted the property managers letter saying that if you don't notify them(complain) about the state of the property on arrival, then you are agreeing it's OK ?..no amount of emergency cleaning could make this place shine!.) it needs painting, a full overhaul ( a set of matching crockery would be a good start- everything in the property looks to be sourced from the local op shops or tip.) The threadbare towels , (as noted in a previous review)are still threadbare, the beds are very uncomfortable. DO NOT sit in the black plastic chair(pictured) it is missing springs in the seat and you virtually end up on the floor, dangerous especially for children or the elderly. I understand that property owners in such a beautiful area can name their price as accommodation is at a premium and this was all that was available at time of booking, but a few $ spent on aesthetics such as on paint and basic amenities would go a long way to make this property passable.(the hideous faded print in the main bedroom, the blue wall and the vertical 80s venetians must go first. Needs air-conditioning in the master and queen bedrooms.

Beds not comfortable, towels were thread bare.

The property was very clean, comfortable and very roomy. The location is excellent . Close to shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location, with beaches and town centre a very easy walk. Good vistas over the township.

No cutting board in kitchen, which was otherwise quite well equipped, and no hair dryer.
