They were having troubles with the toilet in my suite. Always on top with the repair man though.

no one was available at late check in. the rooms are not cleaned every day. the furniture is quite old and I found a huge cockroach arround 23h. the host did not care about it at all. they told me it would be sorted in the morning… next day it was my check out… not even an apology. do not recommend

The room was very different from the photos that you see on booking, in fact it was not the room, that we have booked, but something quite old and badly furnished.. Very disappointed.

very cool place. sea ​​in 2 minutes. near the sea cool restaurant waves. The price is cheap and the food is very nice. I recommend.

The location was fantastic

Everything was amazing!

The check-in process was without any problems. The cleaning service was regular and made great job. The owner was helpful when we looked for a doctor and also to get favourable price at nearby car rental. The location of the hotel is splendid, just about 50 metres from the sea. The breakfast contained a lot of meals, made it possible to satisfy different tastes. WiFi was solid without any connectivity issues. There are sufficient parking places nearby.

The space in shower cabin was a little small. Water flow in the shower was very weak, which prolonged the washing.

Maria was a super host. Our apartment had a partial sea view from the balcony, a mini fridge and functional bathroom. Towels were changed almost daily. Amoudara beach is windy and hence there are quite some waves in the sea. The swimming area is hence small. However the sand is fine, the restaurant in front of Troulis Apartments serves excellent food and drinks, and you can sleep to the sound of waves, not a bad deal at all! Be reminded to get your own bath products (or buy them at Amoudara) if you stay here. We expected this since it is not a hotel. Maria is kind enough to lend hair dryer to guests, as they are not provided in the rooms. The breakfast has moderate variety, but it was good enough for an awesome start to our day.

Maria, the host lady is very kind and helpfull all the time. The location of the apartment is perfect, the building is actually next to the beach, it takes less than a minute to get to the sea. Shops, restaurants are in close distance. The bus stop is 3 minutes from the house, the city center is 15 minutes by car or scooter.

The air conditioner was old and a little bit loud at night.

The hotel is on the beach, which is fantastic. Very clean place, excellent service, very good breakfast, very close to bars, resturants, shops and bus stop.

Small shower and not the best wifi conection

Very close to the beach. Good location, very friendly staff. Free parking next to the hotel, there are always free places.

The Balcony given seemed to be home to pigeons that flew in and out of an old sheet hung above ‘seating’ area. Looking nothing like the pictures.This resulted in pigeon mess everywhere. We did not sit on balcony at all, was way too small and a mop bucket in the corner seemed to be collecting a leak. There seemed to be an awful problem with the toilets, I have stayed in a lot of cheaper options in Greece and never had this. The smell was awful, we were told ‘toilet was being fixed’ but every night trying to sleep was impossible and disgusting, even with bathroom door closed. We actually stood outside our room to get some air in the corridor. I know in many rooms 2 single beds are pushed together to make a double, but there was no point in this, as bed frames were big and a massive gap in the middle. Location was almost industrial, nothing around except a shop and a couple bars but felt very depressing. (not their fault)This was my 6th place in Greece this summer, the most expensive, and the worst. Hate leaving bad reviews but please save your time and money.

Cosy hotel with a direct access to the beach and a beach bar. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom needs some renovation. Construction near the hotel. Poor WiFi connection.

I loved everything about the Troulis Apartments!

Maria is an excellent host. She provided us with lots of information, even before we left home. When we arrived, we were given the choice between 3 rooms, wich was a nice suprise. We feld very welcome and will definitly go there again. Higly reccomended.

Maybe some more outlets to charge phones and camera's.
