Hot room

It is a nice hotel to stay only one night. The room was big, but there was no hot water. We liked the staff and the free coffee and tea whanever you want it.

The room was very big, and the location is perfect. The staff are very sweet.

The staff’s helpfulness, recommendations and how accommodating they were. Location is good for shopping (electronics, clothes) and late night food. It’s also close to the extension of the gold museum as well as the parque Bolivar.

not too much

in the add of Booking.com the room is presented with balcony and minibar and both were not there. later when checking the booking confirmation, both were not mentioned, very shady. Since I still am a smoker a balcony is essential for me. so it feels like a con. booking.com disappointed me this time

Good location in the heart of Armenia. Basic but very spacious room. The staff was very kind, didn't speak English though. Quiet

Everything was OK. Maybe the hotel needs a renovation in the rooms but on the other hand Armenia is not a tourist destination.

The staff are friendly and it was cheap.

The room had no external window and thin curtains in an interior window to courtyard lights. The furniture was old. If I was staying in Armenia again I would stay in the north which is nicer
