I reserved at this hotel for 1 day, when i came the guy was smoking in the lobby (what looked more like a halway with a desk). It took a long time before i could check in. When i finnaly got my key, i went up to the room and when I entered there was already someone in the room. Then i went back down to tell him that. After i told him he got called by someone, and he picked up and started to talk true the phone. At this moment i was done with the place, i took forever, bad service, it was dirty and it smelled because of smoke. So i told him never mind i want my money back, he didnt want to give it back. So i just said never mind and walked away.
