L’appartement ne possède pas de salon et la cuisine est trop petite pour 8 personnes. Les frais de nettoyage que l’on vous demande de payer non déclaré ce qui est très ennuyeux pour un déplacement professionnel car nous ne pourrons pas nous faire rembourser par notre société. Aucun contact humain et on vous demande de tout payer caution comprise avant même d arriver à Lisbonne.

Appartement très spacieux proche d'une bouche de métro. Très propre avec une bonne literie même si je préfère les matelas fermes. Tarif adapté à l'état du logement.

Les 3 douches seraient à refaire (fuite) et il règne dans le logement une forte odeur de remontée d'égouts. Il manque un salon pour se retrouver car seule la cuisine (trop petite pour 8 adultes alors que le logement est pour 14) permet d'être ensemble.

Property was perfect for 7 work colleagues attending a course at the University

There are 3 bathrooms in the property which is convenient to our group of 10 people

They need some one hand out the keys for us to get into the rooms. The person 'welcome' us got annoyed since we changed arrival time several times, if you are not sure about your arrival time you'd better find a property has reception desk or use door code. The air conditioner is really loud and only two rooms can use the air conditioner in the same time. Also If you run the washer and dryer in the same time the power will shut down. One of the shower were blocked and we were suggested to use an non existing plunger. We run out toilet paper and were told that we need to buy ourselves. Have never been asked to buy toilet paper before, guess I need to ask if toilet paper included in next booking. We were asked for 300 dollars deposit in cash (has to be cash!) luckily we have cash on hand. I read the description again still didn't find any requirement about the cash deposit. Guess we need to ask that question for next booking as well.

The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood and location. Walking distance to the Metro which is very easy and convenient to use. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Our host Ana was very nice and communicated well with meeting us at the apartment. There was plenty of space in the apartment for everyone to sleep comfortably. Another perk was that there was a washer and dryer. Although the dryer took a long time to dry. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms were decorated very nicely.

As mentioned in previous reviews there is a very strong foul/sewer smell coming from the one bathroom in the hallway. IT was so bad we had to close the door and not use it. If you opened the door it was come into the hallway and took a while for the smell to subside. The other two bathrooms were good but the water doesn't drain very fast so you are standing in a puddle most of the time you are showering. This is a small thing but the dining room kitchen can accommodate a lot of people but it's a tight fit to get around the whole table. People have to get up to let others to the far side of the table.

The apartment is in an excellent location, the bedrooms are large and the apartment is nice. It was amazing for the price, location and our large group. Will definitely stay there again.

There were no keys to lock any of the bathroom doors which was a bit chaotic with 8 of us. We found a system, but wasn't ideal. That being said we'd all happily stay there again.

Poor heating system so cold in the winter time and if we use the room heating and oven or cooker at the same time electricity going off so it was bad experience with kids
