Excellent location, large rooms, nice and clean

Decor is looking a little tired and with an odd configuration with the bathroom sink in the kitchenette, but generally all good

location, comfy beds, clean, walk-in shower, heating, met our needs

Stairs up to room. Helped when cleaner told us we could enter and exit front door to save on a flight of stairs. Having 3 steps up to room was a little dangerous. Otherwise no concerns

Perfect location

There was only one sink in the kitchen which we had to use for washing too as there wasn’t one in the bathroom.

The accomodation is on the main road and close to Katoomba station (within a 10 min walk). There is parking on site and it is a quick drive to Echo Point to see the famous Three Sisters. A breakfast buffet was included in our stay at a partnered accomodation opposite the station. It was like visiting an aunty or grandma's place and provided a home-like feel. This gave us a good start to the morning.

They have shampoo and body soap, but no conditioner (maybe on request but we didn't try this). We booked a room for two adults but we only received one body towel and no floor mat/towel (so bring your own towel or ask them for extra).

Central location.

Tiny loft room. Couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom.

Security was poor as anybody could have walked in near the room we were allocated. There was no door to separate the hot tub bath and the rest of the room. The furniture looked old and out dated. Room needed a new carpet. We did get an offer to move to another room the following day but we declined.

Friendly staff, clean room and plenty of space.

A good location but at the end of town and an uphill walk to restaurants.

Room 14 a corner king size room had really bad fitting curtains. Other rooms looked much better. No towell rail! Common areas such as laundry and outside stairs need a deep clean…..they have been neglected.
