Great location, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. They have a great rooftop, but I only discovered it on the last day as the staff didn't tell me.
Not a very social hostel

Location was great. Very central to lots of activity and the main ruin, cathedral and square. It was very clean and modern. Not any funkiness or charm to match the neighborhood but that was ok. Everything was crisp and clean. Front desk staff wasn’t the warmest reception but they got the job done. There was a kitchen and a tv room with couches. The showers and toilet were down the hall and very clean. The rooftop had couches and tables along with a view and shade. Natural light enters the place with skylights. Stairs to get up to the second floor where the hostel starts. I will stay here my next visit because of location and cleanliness.
It didn’t have much charm and the staff could have been a bit more friendly. I wanted to know trips available and I had to ask a lot of questions. They weren’t that interested in interacting with us.

The hostel was clean, light and airy and in a good location for the Centro historico
It was very noisy at night, including what sounded like all night building work

Great location.
There were no pillow available on my bed when I checked in late at night. So, I hv asked for one from the receptionist. She somehow decided to just chuck a cushion into a pillow case and pass it to me. Well, I was really too tired to make a scene and so I just took it. It ended head my neck so bad and I woke up with massive migraine in the middle of the night. Arghhhh

Nice hostel in the middle of the historic center. Nice staff. Enough showers and bathrooms on every floor. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Hangout area with huge TV and several working spaces.
Everything mega

This place has a perfect location for exploring the center of Mexico City. The common areas were always clean and the staff is kind. Can definitely recommend this hostel, especially if you're on a budget.

Great location and value, by Zocolo and metro, but not a loud street.. Pleasant common areas with tiny balconies. Street food nearby. Many staff do not speak much English but are patient with poor Spanish. They have good front door security. And the area seemed safe until 11 pm at least. There are lots of national or city security " soldiers" all over the tourist areas. I requested a quiet room, so was given an interior room with no windows. There was a high ceiling , a ceiling fan, and a vent above the door for hallway circulation and a frosted skylight. All this made it OK. It was not too hot inside in late March.
No grocery store within a few miles it seemed! Finally found eggs, milk and cereal at oxxo in nearby Santo Domingo plaza, and occasionally apples and bananas at the two 7-11 stores on the street.

Did not like noise and strong light coming to room during night from party on the rooftop.

big lockers
staff and the reception didn‘t speak english, if you‘re sleeping on the second floor you have to go downstairs to the toilets

Great location, extremely friendly staff (fluent in both spanish and English), very clean (the place is cleaned every day), felt secure, competitive prices when compared to other neighboring hostels.
Bed and pillow were a bit lumpy, no bed amenities in the shared accomodations (things like a curtain, electricity plug etc).
Utilize the upstairs area! Perhaps it wasn't in use during my stay (Dec-Jan) but the area was large and clean with a view, except there was no real reason to go up there.

Probably my favorite hostel in cdmx it's right in Zócalo , safe area , nice dorm, commun areas are pretty good , hug terrace in the rooftop you can dry your clothes there, nice kitchen, free water coffee and tea, tv

The hostel is quite big and nicely designed.
There are enough showers and toilets for all the guests. The location is perfect.
Bunkbeds are not very stable and there is a loud club next to the hostel. Toilets are constantly dirty and only cleaned once in the morning. My blanket was full of long black hair.

Location close to zocalo can’t be beaten!
Big room
Room looked clean but there was really a bad smell when I entered the room (had they used à same dirty water to clean?)
Not that the hostel can do much about it, but bring earplugs ‘cos there’s loud techno music from the neighboring hostel’s rooftop bar until really late. And the window lets air (and noise) through.
The second lady at reception was nice but the first one seemed as if disturbed.

Pretty much everything !
The WiFi in the room, so low or inexistent :/
But works well in the common area ( I was able to do my meetings )

Location. Clean room. Clean toilets. Central location

The inner courtyard feel was well designed and the showers were hot, with good water pressure.
The reception staff seemed disinterested, an uncomfortable place to sit at wood tables and chairs in an area that looked like it could serve snacks and drinks during the day but didn't. The room was dark and had two beds pushed together to form the advertised double I booked. Having just stayed in a brilliant hostel 500m away, this was a depressing replacement, but it's where the tour group I was joining were staying for one night.

Very nice building, very clean and nice decoration, comfortable room, super location.
That being Sunday 6am, the cleaning service (outside our room) was doing the laudest possible noise slamming doors, throwing the buckets, throwing glass bottles... no chance to rest at all.

The location and the cost of the stay are great! Especially for my friends and I who are traveling on a budget.
Just the bunk bed is a bit annoying. You might hit your head if you sit straight up on the lower bed.

The location of the hostel is super convenient, 2 minutes to Zocalo. The rooms and facilities are clean. The staff is friendly. Nothing to complain about - definitely good price/ value ratio.

Internet inside rooms is not very good
