Small hotel in Saranda in very good location. They have their own beach, sunbeds and towels for free. The hotel is not in the overcrowded city center which is very positive. The room is comfortable, very good bed quality. Cleanliness everywhere. The hotel manager kindly and helpfull.

The breakfest is allways the same, not too delicious. Very boring for a week. Everything you have to pay cash - immediately, inclusive the rooms. The corridor is a bit smelly, no aircondition in common rooms. Evenings there is no warm water in bathroom - perhaps allways running out. By the way the shower-bath is too small for a normal person. It is needed some investment to hold the niveau - but this is their future question.

A nice hotel, right on the sea front. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and true to the description found online. What we loved most was the small beach in front of the hotel, which was very calm and had plenty of sunbeds for a relaxing time.

The hotel is right next to the sea with a private beach that cannot be topped. We were there at the beginning of May and seemed to be the only hotel guests, so got to enjoy the view, breakfast and surroundings all on our own.

The hotel is not the newest which can be seen in the interior and state of the bathroom. It is comfortable, although the room was quite small for three people. It was sufficient for the 3 nights we spent there during our roadtrip, but would not recommend for a vacation where one spends much time in the room.

Amazing hotel!! Perfect in each detail. A perfect place to relax, easy walking distance to the city centre and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits every morning. The owner and his son were super kind and helpful. By far one of the best places we could enjoy our holidays. We booked the double room with view and it was the perfect choice. Great 4* hotel, with a generous private peeble beach, large enough room with sea view, great buffet breakfast, kind staff and free wi-fi & private parking;

no swimming pool; hard to find a free parking place; away from downtown;

A really nice hotel, with private beach and parking. The hosts are really nice and care about the guests. We liked very much our stay here.

Room was clean and tidy. Sea views are perfect. Beds were super comfy. Parking on site. Breakfast had lots of choice. Hosts were really nice.

Very, super clean. The room is with the best sea view you can get, good size balcony You have parking, the hotel is beachfront (private beach, 10m from the sea and the beach have own beds, very comftable, not croudy) If you like to beach front, this is super hotel. City center is 5min by car

Very good accommodation right on the beach with its own beach. Dear helpful staff, any questions we had, they helped us immediately! The spacious balcony rooms offer a wonderful view! We could see the sea from the bed! There is a small fridge in the room, we really appreciated it! The accommodation is always very clean, they clean it constantly! The air conditioner works well, although it is a bit old! Wifi works perfectly! The private beach is a huge advantage! The water is crystal clear, the sunbeds are comfortable! From the beach you can see the island of Corfu and we have to say, the sunsets are amazing! The owners have planted palm trees on the beach and cute land turtles walk among them! The accommodation is located in a quiet location, in one of the best locations. There are many great restaurants and supermarkets in the area! Everything for a pleasant holiday! Highly recommended!

The breakfast was not quite delicious . The meat dishes were very low budget and no one liked them at all. Fortunately, the vegetables, fruits, cheeses and cakes were excellent, but it's very boring to eat the same thing every day! It's really needed a toast maker for the bread at the breakfast! The selection would be much more varied and many people like it! We recommend owners to get one! By the way the bed and the furniture are quite old, they are all a bit creaky. I wouldn't call the place four stars, but with a little renovation it could be made so!

The hotel has a comfortable private beach and private parking these two facilities are fundamental in the high season not to be forced to move with the car in the chaotic streets of Sarande. Breakfast is good and can be consumed in a very beautiful yard in front to the see

they should improve the smoking / no-smoking rooms division, as very often in Albania smoking is allowed everywhere. the private parking is not big enough to contain all the cars in high season

First of all the hotel is not 4*. It is too expensive for the things it offer. They have written that they have shops on site, hairdresser, safe, massage, covid 19 meassures. The hotel does not have anything of this. The parking is the children's football playground. The access to the parking lot is very bad so you may broke your car. There is no phone in the room so you can not comunicate with the reception. They have written that they have daily housekeeping, but they ask you every second or third day if you want to clean the room. They don't even throw the garbage every they from the room. Once I asked them the next day to clean my room and they said that they have forgotten and that they will clean the room the next day. So I had to buy trash bags to put the garbage and then to throw it myself (that is incomprehensible in a 4* hotel all over the world). There is no showers at the beach, so you can not clean yourself before entering the room. Everywhere in the hotel no one wears masks. When you eat at the dining room, even the waiter that brings your food, does not wear mask. There was not breakfast enough for all the guests. The breakfast was officially from 8-10am, but after 8.30am there isn't anything to eat. The breakfast was below standards for 4* hotel. No coffee and tea at the breakfast, no cereals, not enough food for all guests, at all. At the parking even though I have reserved parking, the owner took my place, and when I asked him to move the car, he offended me with very bad words even though I have booked in his hotel for 9 days, and I have payed a lot in cash. I asked at the reception for the reserved parking, and they have lied me that the owner is also a guest from the hotel, same as me. Also they don't work with credit cards, only cash. You can't put anything on the room and pay everything in the end.

From outside the building is beautiful once you enter the room everything change old furniture ant in the floor rarely having hot water breakfast not from your choose they just serve from outside i can rate it 4 star hotel from inside if there is -1 star i will give it to them best thing was the private beach with room and the staff was helpful other things was bad and i will never book it again two days i showered at night no hot water the water was extremely cold and the ac in the hotel was bad also they don’t have a telephone to call reception also there is no lift in the hotel

Great little hotel, no crowds, with its own beach, very friendly staff, always ready to help, far enough from the city center for a pleasant night walk.

The balcony view. The waterfront. Sound of sea. For the views like that you can forgive many things. Stuff is very friendly. Quite place around 2-3km from centre. Parking

Bed was extremely hard. Furtiture is old. Stuff is lacking professionalism in solving missunderstandings.

Perfect location, incredible sea view , kind staff and clean rooms. I would recommend this place to everyone, there you will find your own prace.
