The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast is very good - you can choose from different "packages" which include different foods and drinks, and you can also choose things from other packages if you wish. The hotel has a parking. The bedroom is big and very spacious. The balcony is also very good and has an amazing view, even if you stay on the side of the hotel (and not facing the sea) which was our case.

Some of the staff didn't speak very good english, which made it difficult to communicate sometimes. When you come from the main road, it is difficult to spot the reception right away since it is located on another road. You can access it through stairs on the side, but it is difficult to go down the stairs with luggage - maybe go down and ask the staff to come get your luggage.

Everything at Glow was excellent and Very very clean. Breakfast was good and staff was very attentive and amazing - always very kind and happy to help and assist. The hotel was very modern and I loved sitting outside just to enjoy the day.

The staff was excellent - incredibly friendly and helpful the rooftop was lovely (although if they actually opened the bar it would be even better), the onsite parking was appreciated, and breakfasts on the deck were quite lovely. Perhaps a little over-priced for Sarande, but overall a great experience.

The location is really nice, in a relaxed part of Saranda with nice beaches. The overall look of the hotel is modern and very nice. The breakfast selection was good and the room was generally clean, comfortable and spacious.

The staff were at times friendly and helpful, making an effort to make recommendations and book restaurants. But there were a few mishaps with the staff care, which did affect our stay. We were only given one key card and were told to make it work when I asked for another, which was annoying as we were sharing a room as friends and didn't spend every minute together. A fuss was also made when I tried to pay for the room service bill on card. I find such things impolite and unprofessional in an upmarket hotel. We also asked reception staff, the evening before we left, to book a taxi for 5am to reach the ferry port. We were told it could be called the next morning without issue but it was very difficult to get a taxi so early and we were significantly delayed, very nearly missing the ferry we were relying on for our international flight. The ferry left the port whilst we were still in the very slow moving passport control line and had to turn around to pick us up after we frantically waved that we needed to get on. It was quite a stressful experience and I would expect reception staff at an upmarket hotel to be able to provide proper help with something as simple as pre-booking a taxi. The other big issue for us was the pool. The view is beautiful but the area is small and was frequently monopolized by large families during our stay. There were no enforcement of the rules re dive bombing etc, which didn't make for a very relaxing experience. We understood it was school holiday time but do think the hotel could have taken some steps, such as having some supervision of the area and/or having some adult only times. The beach area provided by the hotel was nice overall but it would have been nice for it to be kept a bit more consistently clean and tidy.

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with clean bedding, towels and toiletries provided daily. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is large and powerful. I didn’t hear any noise during my week’s stay so I consider it to be suitably soundproofed. The staff were really friendly and could do enough for us - special shout outs to Esmeralda and Dori! The breakfast was fabulous. I would suggest upgrading to the sea view rooms when available as they were really special!

The only slight downside was it was a 20-30 min walk to some of the main restaurants and bars in the town but I was happy to walk and explore, and if meant it was nice and quiet when sleeping. There are still places around the hotel including an amazing salad farm bar.

We loved our stay here, the hotel was beautiful. Picture perfect in every corner. The rooftop pool was very relaxing with stunning views of Sarande. Breakfast was lovely and the stuff were really helpful. We’re already planning our next trip back.

This hotel is modern and well-decorated, and has access to a private beach, which is nice. There's a small pool on the rooftop which provides great views. The breakfast staff are very nice and friendly.

Overall, there were many small things that made me somewhat uncomfortable here. I booked the family room because it advertised a pull-out couch, but it is only a very small couch that does not pull out. The manager offered another room, but it was a smaller, standard room, which was cheaper on the website. My friend booked a single room because of this situation, and they gave him the smallest one that faced the street and then tried to get him to upgrade for more money, despite the hotel being nearly empty. The front desk is very strict with the towels and you need to exchange a ticket to get a new towel- I saw other guests get denied a new, clean towel because they weren't exchanged at the correct time. Upon checkout, they asked if I consumed anything from the minibar, and then called the housekeeper to check the minibar to confirm my answer, while I stood there very awkwardly at the front desk waiting. Unfortunately, I felt like I was viewed as a "dollar sign" who could be proffered for more money, instead of as a guest that they wanted to welcome... which I believe is management problem. The other hotels I stayed at in Albania just went above and beyond to make their guests happy, and I never felt this way here. I would recommend one of the many other, new hotels in Sarande which looked just as nice if not nicer, and I'm sure much more relaxed!

The view is amazing! Staff were really professional, discreet, friendly, listening to the needs of their clients. Plus cleanliness of the room and communal spaces was sport on.

Everything about the hotel is very cool and appropriate. I never expected to have such quality service and tastefully furbished hotel. Beds and pillows are soooooo comfortable never had such a smooth sleep in a hotel room. air conditioning was never uncomfortable all was properly working.. we arrived earlier than planned and they arranged a room for us quickly which was more like heaven; which makes our stay 4 nights.. clean towels when requested, furnitures and balcony was quite cool and comfortable. quite close to a market and 1-2 km promenade to center for popular restaurants and spots. pebbly beach at the hotel in front of Glow with free chaises-longues when you request your daily ticket from reception. You can chill all day long there with drinks from the bar and a lovely restaurant with delicious sea fruits. free autopark is also available. must admit they have great breakfast and professional espresso machines, we liked the coffee there so much❤️ 1-2 minute walk to the beach but sea was too wavy and we could not swim🥲 may be the season was not proper I don’t know. Special thanks to Esmeralda cute lady at the reception and Dorian for their kind support for the forgotten belongings there as well. they helped us so much🌸🌸
