great location, good breakfast and friendly host.

It's a very clean and comfortable room. A good breakfast is served on a terrace. Antonio is a very likeable man. He is quite obliging but is on Greek time. This place needs a little decorating especially the terrace where breakfast is served but I think he's working on it. I enjoyed my stay here and it is good value for money.

We stayed one night before a very early ferry. We asked and they very kindly provided a take-away breakfast in a bag for us.

The property is by the road, so some road noise at night.

lWe were collected from the ferry unexpectedly by the host which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, and the freshly made breakfast was delicious.

Tilos Island is like Greece 30 years ago, it is quiet and calm. The apartment is next to a larger road, so it is easily accessible and Mikro Chorio is within walking distance. If you ask, you can have transfer from the port, do you can escape carrying your luggage. The apartment has spacious rooms, with nineties decoration and equipment. There are mosquito nets. Breakfast is very rich and pleasant, although it is served on a huge terrace in front of the house where a lot of stuff is piled up.

With a little renovation it could be transformed into a really excellent accomodation.

The balcony was great and the apartment was really spacious. The breakfast items kept on coming...

It was clean and cheap

I tried to contact management because the toilet didn’t flush, and never received an answer. I felt I was back 30 years ago in Greece, with throwaway furniture and unwanted kitchen utensils… Checkout was at noon and the cleaner came in twice without knocking. Amenities stated on booking.com: tv, safe, ceiling fan, kettle, didn’t work or didn’t exist. The first morning, the water was cold. There was never enough water pressure to wash one’s hair!

Everything apart from communication was great. This a good value for momey stay in Tilos, including some basic breakfast in the rate which is also a plus.

2 incidents to keep in mind (communication-wise) : 1) Is was agreed through written communication that when the ship will arrive at 5am in the morning, the room would be prepared for us. We even suggested to book and pay the previous night just to make sure we have a room, but they replied "no it is ok we will arrange this for you". When we arrived 5am to the rooms, not only there was not room available but there was also none there to explain us until 10-11am. If your ship arrives at 5am make sure you can wait somewhere till 10am cause there is miscommunication. 2)The last date, we also requested to pay for an extra day, that we needed to stay to the room until late. They told us there is no room available at all that we can arrange this. But checking in booking, there was a room available, so we could book it from there. . Not sure why would they do that. The breakfast area can be improved with some umbrellas.

Mattress Rooms need some renovation but if you consider the price they are ok. Shower drainage was a bit blocked. Just a few mold in couple of ceiling corners in the kitchen.

The room was very spacious and clean. The views are really beautiful. Everyone in the studios is very welcoming and friendly and helped us with tips about the island. The breakfast changed every day and it was delicious and abundant. Great stay!

Good breakfast.! Nice cleaning lady. Staff were service minded. Nice wiew. Soft nice pillows (the best we had in Greece).

Very bad water pressure. Not allowed to put toilet paper in toilet The apartment were a little well worn (Fawlty and missing lightbulbs, leaking shower)

Very generous hosts. They let me choose and change to whatever room I prefer, and stay for extra 14 hours in my room for free because my ferry was delayed. Peaceful place

- breakfast was supposed to be in the price of the hotel, but we did not get any. The owner did not speak a good enough English to explain why. - the hotel is long overdue for refurbishment. The price was good, I did not expect much, but this was far below my expectations.
