the room was very spacious;complete with espresso machine, hair drier, tv and a safe. the bed was huge and the mattress and pillow were very comfortable like it reshapes to your head and body 👏🏻 the bathroom was very clean and smelled really good! there is also a vending machine within the property incase you need some water! federico was also very accomodating and waited for me to arrive and made sure I was able to get in the property despite our very delayed flight! the location was also very central that you can walk to the high street, train and bus station.

Federico, the host, was super easy to approach, kind and polite, nothing was too much, definitely went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and gave us a lot of good advices of places where to go to eat or buy local delicatessen like a good pesto!! The 4-5 rooms were quite big, basic, but clean and fresh looking. Coffe machine, fridge and kettle were provided. There is AC unit. Few of the rooms have an ensuite bathroom, while others have a personal, not shared bathroom just across the hallway. There is a drinks & snacks dispenser in the communal hall. All entrances are code controlled and emailed/texted to you on the day before. The Position was central and safe, 10 mins walking to Brignole station, 20 mins to the Aquarium and Porto antico trough via XX settembre that is full of high street shops and a lovely covered market. Few Asian restaurants and a pizzeria at the bottom of the building if you are too tired to look around for a specific one.

Our first experience of Genoa and Vittoria rooms provided us with a lovely and comfortable base for exploring the city. Just a short walk from the centre and on the same street as multiple restaurants and bars, it was perfect for our weekend trip. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was spacious, comfortable and easily accessible. The view was absolutely wonderful, a beautiful view of some lovely Genovese architecture! Private bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower.

It took us a while to get the hang of getting into the property post-7pm, but the instructions from the host were clear and we had no problems. The lift to the third floor is quite old-fashioned and was a bit scary using at first but after that it was fine!

The property was large, spacious, had two sinks in the bathroom (which is glorious for any couple 😂), it was situated in a great place, 10 mins to piazza del Ferrari / Erbe but also not far from the coast for a nice stroll to Bocadasse or great to get to the train station for a trip to Portofino. We had the en suite in our room which is a bonus and the building always felt safe and secure. The host Federico went above and beyond (we had a minor issue on arrival) but Federico sorted that in a jiffy and was so helpful and kind! great value for money and I would return!

Great hosts, very friendly and responsive. We had a problem with our phone service due to changing countries but they were able to understand and trust us with the keys to the propriety. The bathroom is very nice although a bit small. The room seems a little bit small at first sight it but actually isn’t. The shared space is cozy, we liked it. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Porto Antico is about 20 minutes away by foot, we walked to the aquarium.

one of the worst experiences ever! don’t ever try to book with them! we arrived around 11 am, the ‘hotel’ was empty( it’s not even a hotel , it’s a floor in a big building) the room was a mess not even cleaned and the toilet a bigger mess. it felt like a horror house!! we didn’t stay in the room we booked at B&B and it was really perfect there.

The location is the best in Genoa, and restaurants and coffee shops around are the best in the city. self check-in works really well, it is hyper-comfortable.

It was a very strong smoking smell in the room, but we booked a non-smoking room. We were offered to change rooms, but with a downgrade only. This smell spoiled this stay, however, the concept of this hotel is nice.

The location was central. The room, bed, shower room, and toilet were clean and well maintained.

In the description of the room (we've got a room called "Letizia", the advantages of this room were indicated, namely: "view from the window" and "view of the landmark", but here disappointment overtook because the view that opened from the window can even hardly be called a "view" (look at the picture). However, everything else was good.
