Space comfort everything really 💖

We had some unexpected visitors who located your place as a Tesla charging point on the Tesla app. They were desperate and had two elderly women in the group of three so we felt obligated to let them charge up. They were with us for a couple of hours

it was dirty , mould in bathrooms, kitchen cupboards were filled with CRAP- dirty socks !! needs a good clean out , or NEW-cleaners . walk in robe in main bedroom was discussing full of old pillows Asked not to use toilet as it was broken , ( use a bucket of water if needed ) . also asked to leave any food we didn’t want ,!!! waste not want not . sheets on beds were all crumbled not sure if clean !! it or just thrown on the beds , Bins were over full , NO where to put our rubbish ended up taken it with us as not to leave it on the ground . And then offered a little later checkout if we would like to pop the towels into the washing machine on turn it on to save the cleaners having to start early .

The house smelt musty and dusty. For the price the house should have ironed sheets and a feeling of cleaniness. My friends ( Drs) who were to stay there could not as he has asthma and on entry he started to get asthma. so only one out of three people stayed there. The house was left open when we got there in the night. so it was a bit scary. although the owner said it was safe as a single female guest i was unhappy to let her enter the house by herself. safety was not the priority. I had specially asked if the house would be kept clean and sheets ironed, rooms aired and i was promised. but nothing was done. pretty disappointed. sorry chris, dont mean to be rude but this is the truth.

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and homey. We booked for a family wedding for 10 adults and all of us had plenty of room. Facilities were great and beds were comfortable. Located on the quite side of town, the shops are less than a 10 min drive and has some great cafes and pubs.

The tone of the notes in the black information folder was great with the emphasis on being sustainable, and lots of great information. . The place was just lovely visually and very, very comfortable. loved the rugs and range of facilities. We didn't use a lot of them like appliances but felt very content and spoilt. It was great to have three loos with five people. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. there some lovely walks around the neighbourhood, and a good local pub. We hope we left it in good order for you. We wished we could have stayed for a week.

These comments are just small ones as overall we loved our time there. The double beds were lovely , but the single one in Bert's room was pretty uncomfortable for an adult. One of the single beds in the room with two was also very uncomfortable for adults. It would be nice to have larger, newer towels and hand towels. Removal of the stain near the sink in the main bathroom would be great as it does look unsightly. Otherwise the place was fabulous.

Every aspect was catered for. Lots of extra touches. So happy we could take our dog. Very comfortable and clean.

Great house in a terrific location. Very well provided for with facilities and accessories.

No hassles. Welcoming. The house had everything. Great hotel in waking distance.

Couldn't work out how to make the spa hotter.

Plenty of room for everyone. Lovely area and great to relax in. Beautiful home. Comfortable beds, linen. Great kitchen. Truly wonderful home and setting for a getaway.
