Very good location, practical and modern.

Clean room, location was good, opposite the bandstand on Easo Place with a direct route to the beach and old town. A fairly busy street but street noise was minimal with the window closed. 2 mins to Amara station for trains to Hendaye (& connections to Biarritz and Bayonne). Nice modern bathroom.

There was no hot water in the shower, we reported this to the owner but this was not fixed. This is a 3rd floor apartment split into several guest rooms. It is a nice old building but we found the internal noise from the other rooms and the apartment above to be a problem. We were woken before 7am each morning by the noise from above. Earplugs might be a good idea. It was not easy for us to find where the Pension was at first- we asked in the bar next door and they helped us. The electronic door system is complicated - you need to telephone the owner before you arrive to send you the door code and a video to explain how to get into the building, apartment and room. We telephoned the owner when we arrived to find out how to get in. We also had to assist a guest one night who could not get into her room.

the room is very spartan - no glass to drink from or even a rubbish bin. noisy especially at night. not good value for money, there are other options. bathroom across the hall which is awkward. over priced.

good location. the room was clean and tidy

very noisy at night but I do appreciate that it is in the city centre. huge dustbins being emptied at midnight. very complicated process to initially get into property with electronic code key but ok once in for first time. we were lucky and had the bathroom to ourselves, however it is a shared bathroom and there are five rooms could be a difficult share. no lounge as mentioned in description.

We really enjoyed the stay! It is super central, the staff was really helpful and quickly answered all our inquiries! I can highly recommend this place!

Picture different from the real. Why cheap should means bad ? Extremely basic

Excellent location. Parking close by and cheap (for San Sebastián) - we paid 20€ for 2 nights with the pension discount.

No privacy - walls are incredibly thin. The room we booked had a separate bathroom which we were not aware of at the time of booking. The bathroom has no window so towels did not dry and it was very awkward having a bathroom that was not part of the room itself. Check in states from 1pm on Booking.com but we were not allowed to check in until 4pm. Seemed expensive for what we got.

A lovely room in a period property - the bed was extremely comfortable and the place is exceptionally clean. Located in a lively square with several cute bars, just a few minutes walk away from the old town - great,

The bathroom is private but across the corridor, however this is not an issue as you are provided with bathrobes and there are only 3 rooms so it's very private.
