The location is good, the staff is quite friendly and honest, the next door of the hotel is a popular restaurant, but we found the hotel's food actually tasted better.

The cleaning of the room was not done well and during the stay not even a bin was emptied (not even once)... The staff at breakfast have very poor attitude.. they smoke next to the table and have poor level of understanding, as we have asked for boiling an egg (not a tough task, and even were asked for how many minutes, so we thought that they have understood) and even after confirming they can make it, after half an hour wait they made it fried as always... They present themselves as boutique, but the equipment is worn out and shall be refreshed, for example the cushions on the balcony (see photos)..
