Clean, modern & cosy apartment in a central location

Fob for stair entry didn’t work late one night. Luckily host was available by phone to direct us to another entrance door which allowed us entry

Two bathrooms one with walk in shower so perfect for those with mobility issues. Lift to apartment again great for those with mobility issues. Central location with flat walk into the heart of the city. Generous sized, well equipped and well furnished apartment. Safe and secure - fob access to complex with parking. Additional charge for this inline with York car parking charges. Fabulous communication with owner (Helen) and Amanda who meets you on the day to show you round. Basics for continental breakfast provided for you for first day plus milk which was great for an initial welcome coffee! Two small supermarkets 1 minute walk away. Central location but super quiet throughout the day and evenings. Heating kept the apartment at a comfortably warm temperature but there are also windows to open in the lounge kitchen diner and bedrooms if you want air.

We appreciated being met personally and shown important things about the stay, including places to go and answering questions we had. Breakfast items were a big help as well. Great hosts and very convenient walking location. Good to park car and never move it for 2 days until leaving town.

So very close to central York so extremely conveneint there. A beautifully decorated and clean apartment and roomy too.

Nothing really. Although I did ask an indirect question but didnt get a reply, that was a text msg reply that I was expecting.

Fantastic location, brilliant co hosts , a fully equipped and warm apartment , with the bonus of being able to have secure parking ( at an additional cost ) .

We found both mattresses not to be very comfortable . One of the double sockets in one of the bedrooms was not safe to use as hanging away from the wall .

Lovely host, very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was in an excellent location and very secure. Brilliant facilities and very comfortable and clean.

Great location. Not too far to central amenities and shops but nice and quiet at night. Very safe with gated entry. Would recommend 👌

Cant really give a negative, if i had to it was a little dark going through car park to get to entrance if you were on your own.

Beds were very hard!

Great location, lovely apartment, lovely people that meet you on arrival and also very considerate to keep in touch to see how things are.

Maybe the check out at 10am but I understand there could be extra time needed to clean for covid. But all in all there was really nothing to dislike.

Price, location, style and hosts.

Well equipped, beds and pillows very comfy and the apartment was ideally situated.Nicely decorated.Would definitely recommend. Hosts were attentive and messaged to check if all well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in York and at this apartment.

Shower in En suite could have had better pressure. Plug holes need to be cleaned of hair etc as sink in main bathroom slow to drain.

The location was perfect, Amanda met us at the location and showed us around which was really nice, the breakfast was good and the kitchen and bathrooms have everything we needed, clean and tidy and very secure location

Washing bowl in the sink had a hole in which made it a bit difficult to wash up

amazing location, added touches (toiletries, milk, croissants) really felt special, lots of check-ins to make sure we were sort on the run up to and during our stay

If you're looking for a quiet night sleep this probably isn't that great a match but it's to be expected in central York and is certainly nothing to do with the apartment - this is just a FYI if you're here on business. The bed was really comfy though, great night sleep for those who don't mind a bit of noise
