DIRTY ROOMS. NOISY. STAFF NOT HELPING.

It's in a good location, good traffic

Terrible accommodation. Stinky, undemanding, dirty. It's noisy, they are screaming in the neighboring rooms, slam the door. Not for families. There were two of us with my son, I didn't feel safe. The doors have a small button handle, it is not secure. The staff is grumpy, the common room is disgusting, everything is dirty. It's fine for overnight trips. 2 nights, I do not recommend it with children. I'd rather just get my money back, it wasn't worth the price, even if it's a cheaper hotel. 😔

Location was good

The stained carpet, the damp in the walls, the shower that had never seen a cleaning product and seemingly had black mould growing in the corners, the water stains on the ceiling, paid for a room with a tv and there was absolutely no signal to get any channel (which is a very petty thing I understand but it’s what I paid for and didn’t receive) and the lock on the door didn’t feel all that secure either

no TV no USB plug no USB adapter no cups very uncomfortable 😣

very dirty and smells

friendly staff clean room comfortable beds fully equipped kitchen.

Had a mix up with a room.. completely my fault.. the staff were very accommodating.

One of the appliances had a constant humm.

Very loud shouting in the hotel at night
