Rue piétonne très bruyante jusqu’à 3 heures du matin dans la nuit du vendredi au samedi. Insonorisation insuffisante.

De centrale locatie: alle bezienswaardigheden goed bereikbaar. Parking vlak bij.

Daar wij aan de straatkant sliepen, was het tegen de morgen vrij luidruchtig. Vroeg wakker, geeft de kans om op verkenning te gaan.

It was good location

Room window opened onto air-shaft. I could barely breath for the stink of old deep fat frying oil.

It was clean. Bed comfortable. Room dreadful. Bright light outside kept awake all night because of this. Curtains did not close so light kept us awske. Noisey and bathroom poor. No plug in bath. Bath too high to step into. Not relaxing at all Toilet poor. Door didn’t close. Annoyed that had to pay for parking. Web site implied it was free. Will not be returning.

Location was excellent. Train station is close. Parking even closer. Bed and shower were great. Lots of power plugs. Attached restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was on the small side. Same with the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close without effort. And the room (top floor) was always warm. Had to open the window to cool it down.

We had an amazing stay. The Illy coffee machine in the room was a plus, the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is located in the main square, surrounded by nice restaurants and brasseries. The underground parking is just in front of the accommodation. Breakfast was great, could not ask for a better place!

Trendy rooms with very beautiful bathrooms and a super central location with public underground parking garage directly in front of the hotel. All sights are easy to walk to.

The central location obviously creates some noise from all the restaurants and bars. But - hey - thats why you are here!

Difficult to find the entrance. Didn’t particularly like the room decor. Fell over the plastic stool at the end of the bed.

The windows don’t keep any noise out. Noise outside throughout the night, trucks from 6 am delivering.

Very nice employees, excellent location in the center of the city, a parking garage is located within 1 min walking time, which makes this an ideal location for a citytrip to Reims! Also near to the main station. Breakfast was simple but good!

Location is perfect

We didn't have hot water in the shower at all. The staff did nothing except false promises like "please wait another 20 minutes" every half an hour. In the end the receptionist took our bank details in order to send a financial compensation for two rooms that we booked, but they had never compensated. It was a weekend stay so we paid decent money for two rooms considering the disappointing service. Next time in Reims I will definitely choose another place to stay.

Very conveniently situated in the centre of Reims and with a large underground car park right outside makes it an easy choice for stopping en-route when traveling by car. Many restaurants and bars on the same street which is pedestrianised.

Great location and large, comfortable room.

Strange, gimmicky décor for an elegant period building. Breakfast was in a dark, internal room much more suited to being a bar. This was very disappointing given the great location on one of Reims's main boulevard. We had been looking forward to sitting outside in early summer weather and admiring the setting.

Good sized family room for two adults and a teenager, central location on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.

No parking of its own - our car with roof box was too tall for the underground public car park close by (1.9m height limit), so we parked at the station, a 10 minute walk away. While the location is very convenient for finding somewhere to eat, it was also quite noisy on a Saturday night, even on the 5th floor.
