NIce staff, good facilities (swimming pool and jacuzzi), good breakfast.

The room was a bit old and needed to be refurbished. But it was spacious and the price was quite low so it was more than ok.

Very nice staff. We got fresh Tuscany bread as a gift when we were leaving.

Comfortable property close by town - enjoyed the pool and amenities- parking available - clean ad spacious room - staff were pleasant - enjoyed our stay

the staff and the pool, breakfast was bountiful, we used the spa and had massages, fabulous value.

Some more variety at breakfast, such as different cheeses and breads, different fruits and fruit juices. More fruit, such as mixed berries would have been nice.

the room

This hotel is not what you expect. At first because they tried to earn some extra money of us. They wanted us to pay 10 euro per person per day for the swimming pool. We where surprised and kept asking. Because at the booking they said it was free. Then they quickly said: ok it’s fine for 5 euro each person per day. But we felt scammed and searched for the conditions. We didn’t gave up and after a long discussion they said it was okay. Really unfair behaviour from the girl at the reception. The pools are not as nice as at the pictures. And they kept the roof on the pool. So we didn’t swim outside, but inside. When it was like 27 degrees outside (end of may). So that was a disappointment to. The swimming pool was more like a sauna / greenhouse, because of the heat from outside through the roof. Most of the sundbeds outside where (almost) broken. There was also an unsociable and chilly atmosphere throughout the hotel. We don’t recommend this hotel. The only good thing about the hotel was the room. And the chambermaids where friendly.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Despite emailing prior to arrival requesting a twin. Broken chairs, electrics, faulty, rusty balcony chairs, no towels. Beds are very old and very very uncomfortable. Also I was bitten while sleeping would not recommend this hotel. Very poor definitely not. Save yourself some money

The hotel was in a great location, close to the park and spa and only a few mins from station and town centre. The included breakfast was very enjoyable. Staff were polite and helpful Also, the town is a great place if you need to relax. .

The hotel took lots of school groups which is fine but they put them next to individual guest's rooms, so there was continuous slamming of doors, sometimes till well after 11pm.

Breakfast and pool. Location us good as well, as it is close to the center and to a playground very nice for kids (termeleand)

Room: the duvets did not have any duvet cover and we were supposed to just put them on the bed linen, that I did but I find this not hygenic at all. The room was not very clean and the bathroom did not have any space where to hang the big wet towels. The free parking is at 400m from the hotel, so I would recommend everyone with heavy suitcases first to drop off everything at the hotel and then go to park the car

Brilliant, everything was great, bedroom was excellent size with a great view.

The only let down was hot foods for breakfast, there wasn’t any bacon or sausage left one time. Also the spa was fully booked, so was disappointed not able to use it.
