Very bad and worst experience, room are not good ,system not working properly washroom not clean and not working there nulls,means staff bad response like a just very ugly..not again I preferred

The hotel is centrally located, so getting around the city is quite easy.

We booked a club room but were instead provided with an inferior room, without any adjustment to the money we paid. Bathroom was an utter disaster! The toilet seat was lop-sided, it's cover was broken. The bath tub was horrific! It was dirty and its surface was scraping off! Absolutely filthy! There were no room slippers, no shower caps, even the toiletries weren't at par with a hotel that claims to be five star! The check in takes forever! Sometimes more than 30 minutes or so!

Flooring of rooms need change, either wooden or carpet. Washrooms need to be improved especially shower area, water splashes out.

It took the hotel 45 minutes to check us in, apparently due to some issue in their system. The staff called me up at 12 in the night, asking me to make the payment and that they would not be able to wait till morning. Only after repeated requests did they agree for me to make the payment in the morning. Additionally, while i asked for double beds, i was given twin beds in 2 out of 3 rooms. To summarize - very unpleasant experience !!

I think rooms allocated through online booking are outdated rooms with very old facilities. This is the second time i experienced this thing. If you book directly at hotel the quality of rooms may be better. For ex in washroom tap was in horrible condition. Room design was old
