Het snel beschikbaar hebben van een kamer en de toiletten die beneden snel toegankelijk waren.
Het hotel is okay als je een tussenstop moet maken, maar daar blijft het ook bij..
Airco deed het niet en voor ons vervoer naar het vliegveld hadden wij een taxibus besteld. In plaats daarvan kregen wij 2 aparte taxi's en moesten we dus ook twee keer zoveel betalen. De kamer rook niet heel fris en de badkamer was niet fris.
Het hotel ziet er niet uit zoals op de foto's.

The suite with balcony was fine in every way. Clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for an event we were attending. Free car parking was available.
There were 2 problems with our stay; the water pressure in our room was too weak to be able to have a proper shower. Also there was no restaurant at the hotel which was very inconvenient as the breakfast service finishes at 9.a.m.

Only short walk to 7-11 store & a huge market.
Unfortunately breakfast was cold eggs, small sausages etc. Seems a common fault in Thailand.
Unfortunately if you don’t ensure shower curtain closed floor is easily flooded…….poor drainage.
I don’t like standing in a bath to shower. Fortunately anti slip rubber mat provided.
Unfortunately only English speaking movies. I prefer a news channel eg Australian or American ABC news

Friendly staff. A big swimming pool, not much people. Nice suite room in 9th floor, but noisy location (A big road was so near and soundproof wasn't good).
We asked second towel and blanket, must pay more. 70m2 suite we had, but still only one big blanket. Very noisy location. Water pressure was very weak, hard to use shower. Breakfast was very small and poor.

staff are friendly and helpful
Well have stayed here before and the included breakfast provided now has dropped a few notches , very basic now boiled eggs with rice or toast with jam ,we took one look and went outdoors to eat.

after the shower in the bath tub, the bathroom’s floor was all wet, because the shower head pointed to horizontal direction and bathtub’s edge tilted the wrong way.
A breakfast room’s staff playing phone at a guest’s table wasn’t a nice picture.

it was a suite that was supposed to be a queen bed and a sofa bed. it had the queen bed but the sofa was a small loveseat, not a sofa bed, and the queen bed was like sleeping on a board

Dirty rooms. Everything old, water hardly flowing in bath , bath dirty.

Breakfast was great, the hotel wasnt the cleanest.
Staff were really friendly.
The carpet was not cleaned well, and the hotel is quite old. The aircon struggled with the heat.

The exit..!
The actual hotel bares little resemblance to the photo. The hotel is dated, lacks facilities and is poorly located. Bathroom facilities were very poor and badly maintained. A long, long way from decent shops, restaurants etc. I won't be returning - ever!
