The pool and pool bar were great. Location was great, just the hotel itself is a little dated, but for the price was exceptional value for 4 of us. Resort was more affordable than other Spanish resorts I've stayed at. All in all great value for money

Great location value for money comfortable You have to pay 200euro deposit by card or cash which is made clear when booking but as long as you leave the accommodation tidy you get it back with no issues- I think they have to do this due to number of stag and hen parties in summer season

Parking is a pain if you want to park for free or the hotel will charge you £15eur per day

Parking at the weekend is impossible noise from the pool area in the evening and early morning is a disturbance we were first given a studio room which is completely unacceptable but then paid the difference and had a proper apartment it is the description on booking.com that is inaccurate

Top location 6 min walk to centre and 6 min walk to the beach , restaurants and cafeterias just round the corner. Clean and tidy apartment. Good swimming pool, Helpful staff

A bit noisy late at night from the street but you can expect it as it's a holliday resort

The bus service from loret de mar to Girona airport didn't operate early enough for our flight had to use a taxi

Far to expensive for what you get. The room wasn’t even mopped and the pillows for the children didn’t have pillowcase and were to hard. At the booking was not mentioned that I had to pay a deposit of €200. The breakfast was really terrible. The food didn’t came at the same time and the staff was clearly not familiar with there work

There is not even a kettle in the room! But moreover, except for one very nice lady Esther at Reception, who was kind, the attitude was terrible. One day I needed a doctor for my daughter that stayed in the hotel - but noone answered when I called the reception! Moreover, on the day of her check out a cleaning man shouted at her as she could not empty and clean the garbage bin!! Since when do you need to empty garvage cana on a HOTEL?? The cleaning man was violent ad he hit the bin with his leg as he got angry, and scared my daughter! Absolutely unacceptable! She didn't feel well and could not physically empty the bin! I have a picture of the bin being upside down because of him hitting it. It happened in the evening of July, 23rd.

I liked everything about the apartment, the view from the apartment is amazing, especially during sunsets or at night time. Very cozy apartment and we had everything we needed, perfect stay 10/10!

The overall experience was pretty horrible. My friend, who also booked a room was charged the price 2x, once before arriving and once upon arrival plus they take deposit 200 euro when nothing in this entire hotel even costs 200 euro. Personal is not helpful, they only argue back and being rude. Asked for a phone of any place to order some food in the evening, they told me to get back in the morning with this request. Ask for a blow dryer, they said they didn't have. When I asked again, they gave me one. In the room it is very cold in the night, obviously, they don't have additional blankets. Impossible even to get tea as they have literally nothing there besides of very old sofas in the room. They also don't have cleaning services and demand guests to clean the room after themselves. Towels are approximately 5 years old, so it is very unpleasant to use them. They couldn't make 2 key cards, so we only got 1 for two people, but moreover, they can't even open the room for you if one person will arrive without a key. Every day at the reception they were at least 3 people I overheard complaining about something. It is also not the best location. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this accommodation.

The bed can smaller. Balkon door can not be open becouse of bed. The safe box is present but not functional.
