Nice and helpful staff: there was a short blackout in the neighbourhood due to the wildfires nearby, and they came immediately to explain and help as much as they could. The room and bathroom were very clean, and spacious enough for relaxing a few hours. There's also air conditioning in each room- very much appreciated-.

Daniele is an awesome host- friendly, easy to contact, made us an incredible breakfast and gave us great local advice. The room was spacious, included a nice bright bathroom, good shower and a minifridge. Bed was comfortable, there is a laundromat nearby as well as some great restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city centre (or you can bus) but it is a straightforward walk. 100% recommend staying here- great value for money!!

Only thing was on the last night our aircon remote was removed I think accidentally by the cleaner so it got a bit hot (mosquitos come in if the windows are open). A very minor issue though- 100% stay here!

Breakfast was great! Late Check-in was easy and parkings available in Front of the B&B.

Stay there was amazing, staff was really friendly and really helpful, breakfast is a must, delicious as hell, the breakfast terrace is nice to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to some stories told by the owner. Staff goes out of their way to help you in any sort of way you need. Best place can stay in Lucca, hands down. Overall it’s was a really amazing experience.

The possibility of checking in outside of the arrival time with the help of the small lockers next to the entrance door with the keys in them is awesome. The rooms are cozy, the bathroom is clean and the air conditioning is a blessing in warm Tuscany. The host has a sense of humor, is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was an 11/10 and the location is good. Cities like Lucca and Pisa are nearby, but those who want more can also visit the west coast or the beautiful city of Florence. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The relationship between price and value is amazing. the place is very clean, easy to reach, it does have a big parking just in front and the staff was very kind and professional. breakfast was good too full and locally sourced.

Everything worked. Good value for money. Clean. Free parking across the street. Wi-Fi was good. If stairs are difficult for you there were 3 flights of stairs. Otherwise highly recommended.

Danielle is a super friendly host, giving good advice on what to see. Room was clean and towels were changed regularly. Very good breakfast, every guest can choose 3 positions from the menu every day. Good coffee. Safety rules (due to covid) were followed, which gives a sense of security. A lot of parking spots on the parking in front of the shopping center which is important if you travel by car. In the bathroom all what you need, clean and looking good.

The nice owners are very hospitable. Very clean rooms and a good location to visit the city of Lucca. 15 minutes by foot, but there is also a bus stop opposite the B&B. For € 1.50 you are by bus in the heart of the city of Lucca. We will definitely be back if we want to visit the beautiful city of Lucca again. The car can be parked safely opposite the B&B and the owners take all precautions regarding COVID seriously. We wish Daniele and his wife a lot of success with this beautiful B&B that also serve a delicious breakfast. ask Daniele about good restaurants in the area because he knows what to do with that. greetings from Ydie and Petra from the Netherlands

Nothing everything was OK

Rooms are nice decorated and perfect clean, lovely place to stay plus Lucca is so beautiful city. Angela and Daniele I wish you everything but the best with B&B but I am sure that you will have a lot of succes if you continue manage with so much love and care. :)
