We could not have been happier to arrive on our first day in Cefalu after a 35 hour travel day to Villa Agape. Francesco was thoughtful, polite, and over the top helpful in every way. The villa was clean and comfortable and the private pool was just what we needed to relax and unwind from our travels. The fridge was stocked and the house was inviting. Francesco and the drivers made our trip easy and accommodating. Our trip was even better knowing Francesco. I would highly recommend this place and we will come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Agape. The house was very charming inside and the pool area was fantastic. The view and the sunset was absolutely breathtaking. The owner was super friendly and helpful, ordering taxi and recommending a great restaurant for us. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without Francesco's kindfullness. We give Villa Agape our best recommendations!

Francesco went out of his way to make us feel at home! His home and the apartment he rented us is amazing! He greated us with a fully stocked fridge, coffee, wine, special olive oil and fresh flowers! House has everything you need for a home away from home! Amazing views and stunning pool!! Francesco recommended a couple restaurants to us that we went to that are also amazing!

An amazing villa with the stunning views from the roof top pool and terrace. Great for lovely sunsets too. Skylight in the pool kept us entertained. V good sized pool plus versatile seating areas including a hammock and swing chair. Parking outside the property not easy but easy to park on the road close by. MD supermarket handy but parking in Cefalu crazy. We parked outside the football stadium each time we went into town as easy to get to and always plenty of room and only a 15 min walk away - though up a steep hill on the way back.

We loved our stay here - it was way too short for us to properly relax and enjoy it though. The house had everything we needed and our hosts were kind and ensured we had everything we needed. The pool was bliss and the views second to none.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à la villa Agape : la terrasse et ses différents spots de farniente, la piscine, la maison, la chambre principale et sa lucarne sur la piscine... sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Francesco.

The villa is situated on a unique location near Cefalu, with marvellous views on the sea and village and sun all day. Our family enjoyed the well maintained large terras and private swimming pool. The hospitality was good. Inside the villa was OK, but not perfect considering the high rental rate.

Property was very clean and comfortable for our family. The pool was fabulous with amazing views to Cefalù old town and La Rocca. Our host Francesco recommended places to eat in Cefalù and where to visit on the island. He was always available to help and make our holiday perfect. Cefalù is a lovely resort - great restaurants, beautiful old town, clean beach and great location to visit other places on the island.

La villa Agape est une villa très bien située, à proximité de la ville de Cefalu mais au calme dans la montagne. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très gentils. La terrasse où se trouve la piscine offre une vue époustouflante! Seul petit bémol: le parking n'est pas situé au même niveau que la villa. A conseiller vivement à d'autres postulants!

We could not have been happier with Villa Agape. Excellent location a short drive from Cefalu. Gorgeous views from the amazing pool (with a glass window into the bedroom below!). Mostly this was a great experience because of the kindness, generosity, and attentiveness of Francesco. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, full of wonderful suggestions. He even gave us a hair-raising tour driving through old town Cefalu following him on his motorbike down streets I never ever would have driven down (but managed to survive without running down the multitudes of pedestrians that we parted with the car). This is the best place to stay in Cefalu and I would love to spend more time here in the future.

Die kleine Villa/Wohnung liegt idyllisch an einem Hang am äußeren Rand von Cefalu. Es sind ca. 3 km ins Zentrum, für einen kleinen Abendspaziergang (leider z. T. an der Hauptstraße entlang) also genau richtig. Das nächste Restaurant befindet sich Richtung Hauptstraße nach Cefalu, ca. 1 km vom Feriendomizil entfernt, ein Supermarkt ist ca. 1,3 km entfernt. Die Buchung eines Mietwagens ist empfehlenswert, wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte, wir haben unseren regelmäßig zum Einkaufen etc. benötigt. Die Villa selbst ist gut ausgestattet, verfügt über eine hübsche, kleine Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet, ein Bad verfügt als Gadget über einen in der Dusche integrierten Radio. Die Villa ist mit Liebe am Detail eingerichtet, gerade das vermittelt einen sehr wohnlichen Eindruck und macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, welches - trotz bemühter Versuche, das Warmwasser gangbar zu machen - auch bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelöst werden konnte. Die Betten waren für uns als Wasserbettenschläfer vielleicht einen Tick zu hart. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich an der Decke ein kleines Fenster, durch welches man direkt in den Pool sehen kann. Der Pool selbst und die dazu gehörende, große Terrasse (auf der sich sogar eine zweite Kochgelegenheit mit Wasseranschluß befindet) war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt, und wird teilweise auch vom Vermieterehepaar sowie deren Tochter benutzt, welche oberhalb auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnen, so dass man sich nicht komplett alleine am Pool und auf der Terrasse befindet. Eine vielleicht wichtiger Hinweis für manche, die komplett ungestört und unter sich bleiben möchten, für uns war das kein Problem. Das Vermieterpaar war sehr freundlich und immer hilfbereit, die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Sollten wir noch einmal Urlaub in Cefalu machen, dann sehr gerne wieder dort.

Posto unico nel suo genere. Un casa appoggiata sulla collina che domina Cefalù in una proprietà chiusa e ben tenuta. La casa e ben arredata e si presta sia ad una famiglia numerosa o a più famiglie insieme; è dotata di tutti i confort, lavatrice, ++ tv, macchiane del caffe, wi-fi ecc. Sopra la casa si trova la piscina con aree per prendere il sole e spazi attrezzati per il barbecue, per cene con vista Cefalù. Il tutto a un km dal centro del paese. Alle spalle della collina c’è il parco delle Madonie, da non perdere assolutamente. Cefalù è bellissima con ristoranti tipici e negozietti di ogni genere, una lunga spiaggia di sabbia ideale per i bambini. Tutto molto bello ma la cosa che mi resterà nel cuore della Sicilia sono le persone che ho conosciuto nell’ambito della prorpietà. Ti aprono la loro casa come se fossi un vecchio amico, e ti fanno sentire come di famiglia. Io non so se tutti i Siciliani sono cosi ma quelli che ho conosciuti io sono fantastici Se noi del nord, che siamo un po’ chiusi, calcolatori, diffidenti, e non abituati a questa disponibilità verso gli altri, riusciamo a lasciarci andare senza nessuna prevenzione possiamo godere di questa meravigliosa ospitalità fatta di piccole cose e di grandi persone. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a villa Agape e ci é dispiaciuto molto lasciarla. La consigliamo molto volentieri. Il Panorama che si gode dalla terrazza é sicuramente uno dei piú belli di Cefalú. Se si aggiunge la pace che si gode da lassú ci si puó immaginare che rilassarsi qui sia davvero facile. Rimpiangiamo le nostre colazioni sul terrazzo, le grigliate alla sera e le letture con il mare davanti a noi. Oltre alla terrazza e alla piscina molto pulita, la villa offre anche una cucina ben attrezzata e una stanza da letto con un'atmosfera marina. Tutto é molto pulito e curato. I nostri ragazzi godevano dal letto a castello un bellisimo panorama sul mare. In piú si ha la possibilitá di esprimere qualsiasi tipo di necessitá, bisogno o curiositá ed il locatore si mostra sempre gentile e disponibile. Se si parla l'italiano ci si puó intrattenere con i vicini e fare molte scoperte artistiche nei dintorni della villa. Alla nostra famiglia la permanenza ha lasciato bellissimi ricordi. Torneremo senz'altro quanto prima. Persino il tempo, che i siciliani giá ritengono brutto, a noi é piaciuto. Si puó fare il bagno per lo meno nelle ore calde della giornata e il resto lo si puó dedicare a tutti i luoghi circostanti delle Madonie o a Palermo. Non si puó chiedere di piú.

Wir waren in der Hochsaison für 10 Tage mit 4 Personen dort und können nur Positives berichten. Das Haus ist wirklich optimal eingerichtet, die Küche sehr schön in italienischem Stil. Von einem Bett aus hat man Meerblick, von dem anderen schaut man (von unten) in den Pool. Der Pool ist toll, wird täglich gereinigt und man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf Cefalu und das Meer. Franco und Francesco haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer für uns da. Alles in allem kann man die Villa wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren in der Hochsaison mit 4 Personen in der Villa, die wirklich schön eingerichtet ist. Ein Bett mit Blick auf das Meer, ein weiteres Bett mit Blick in den Pool (von unten), 2 schöne Bäder und eine im italienischen Stil sehr schön eingerichtete Küche und der wunderschöne, große Pool mit Blick auf Cefalu und das Meer - was will man mehr? Aufgrund der Temperaturen um die 40 Grad war die Klimaanlage Gold wert. Franco und Francesco haben uns herzlich begrüßt und waren immer für uns da. Die Fotos spiegeln alles wahrheitsgemäß wider. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Die veroeffentlichten Fotos sind absolut realistisch.. Mehrere Terrassen, eine mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Unterkunft.... Hochwertig, originell ( das Schlafzimmer hat in der Decke eine Luke in den Pool....ehrlich!) Einfach Spitze ! Der Empfang durch Francesco, die Familie und die Nachbarn ganz herzlich. Die Aussicht einzigartig: der weite Blick aufs Meer, in der Ferne die Altstadt von Cefalu, die faszinierenden Sonnenuntergaenge...

We stayed at this beautiful villa overlooking Cefalu and the beach. We were greeted warmly by Francesco the owner and Franco his colleague . The location could not be better and the views were stunning. The villa was clean and well kept. The swimming pool is large and was cleaned every morning . The owners father Mario used to bring us fresh melons and fruit very day . We had a wonderful time. You do need a car but the drive to town is only 2 km . The beach is lovely and there are plenty of good restaurants . I recommend this place highly .
