Location, Easy check in and out.

Kitchen was basic. There was no hot water in kitchen or bathroom for the night we stayed in. I did complain, someone came and started the boiler but hot water did not came to tabs.. So we left without bath.

Really nothing

Strongly not recommended! Luckily we stayed here for just one night. Throughout the night we were cold and there was no possibility to turn on the radiators. As soon as we woke up we would have liked to take a shower, but there is no hot water in the structure (not even in the kitchen or in the other rooms). We tried to contact the staff, but there was no response. On the access instructions (after booking) they say "remember that you have booked a hostel, not a hotel", but even the minimum services are not guaranteed under these conditions (I think hot water is one of them). This place shouldn't be available for rent. Not to mention the cleanliness and smells!).

Our room was on the ground floor. Suitable for us as senior citizens... Quite reachable to the city centre by car.

Price

Kitchen dirty. Fridge a mess. Freezer full of ice so the door didn’t close. No TV in the room. No soap for bathroom or shower.

Onsite parking. Large kitchen available for use. Spacious enough but simple triple room.

While I appreciate this runs like a hostel, the facilities could have been better. The room initially seemed OK, but once you walked around barefoot or in socks it was clear the floor of both the bedroom and shower room were not fully clean. The air vent in the shower room was filthy with dust. While I accept this is low budget place, there wasn't even soap for handwashng! Amazing given COVID & all other germs are still out there. The shower head was poor and the controls for the shower swivelled around completely, meaning it took 10 minutes to just try and get it to a temperature that wouldn't burn you. The shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor. A hairdryer would have been nice to have in the room. Only half of the spot light bulbs in the room worked. The bed was creaky and the mattress soft. Only 1 pillow per bed and no spares if needed. The floors creaked, the door handles squeaked (no sneaking to the loo in the night).And you could hear the noise of conversation from other rooms.

It was good value for money, the room was comfortable and we got everything that was promised. The self-check in was also a bit plus.

The hot water ran out in the evening, so we had to choose a hot shower or cutting our evening short. So for that I'm taking off two points because that is a deal breaker for me. Also the room had a stale smell, probably from smoking, but we got used to it.

Nice bright skylights in room & very warm with the heating on

Very basic, no soap in bathroom or water glasses in kitchen, corridor smelled of weed, beds and bedding were past it, no comms with owners, main door left unlocked at all times
