It was NOT what we would consider a penthouse! It was small, the bed was uncomfortable and every time you moved was extremely noisy and woke the other person up. Also, the pillows were not comfortable. The wifi did not work! we were told that someone would be by to fix it, but it wasn’t until our last day that a new modem arrived!! Bathroom….the 2 lightbulbs over the sink were burnt out, and not changed until our last day. The shower in the bathtub worked, but there should be a stand up shower. The fridge was small for a “penthouse”, and the freezer needed defrosting. The sofa was inconvenient, as one end stuck out into the pathway to the kitchen and bathroom. There is a cover over wires across the living room floor, making it dangerous to walk at night. The deck is big, but after mid morning, totally in the shade at this time of year. Since the building was virtually empty, I’m sure that we could have been given a nicer apartment. It was disappointing, and the only reason that we could figure that it is called a penthouse is the fact that it’s on the top floor!

Excellent residential complex with everything you need. Green area with many plants. Playgrounds. Direct access to the lake. Great view from the balcony. Free parking in front of the entrance to the complex or paid parking on site. Nearby there is a railway station, 5 minutes by train to Siofok

The location is nice, just at the beach. I booked a balcony with a lake view, that was nice too. Nice little apartment. Good air condition!

The sofa was very dirty - there are textil washers, so you can wash sofas too, you know... I was sick with my tummy and my boyfriend went to ask for some more toilet paper. "This is not a hotel, go buy toilet paper!", they told him from the reception, 2 hours prior our check out... And it booking.com it says that toilet paper is included.

Pictures paint too much of a positive picture. I expected to find the apartment in a much cleaner state. There was hair and dust everywhere. There was urine in the toilet when we arrived.

Our bad experience starded when we arrived. We had informed our host about the arrival hour via booking an hour before. When we arrived I called our host several times and no one answered . We started to panic because it was super hot outside and we had our toddler with us who was hungry and moody. So I went and tried the doors of the buldings, trying to find someone. Finally we found a young girl who said that she will make our check in soon. We paid 210 euros for 2 nighs and we expected something nice. The apartment we had was so ugly that they didn't even put it on booking. We were expecting a totally different room. The terrace was super dirty with dust and spider web. You couldn't open the windows in the bedroom because there were big spiders between the window and the net. The air conditioning is joke, we left it only on and there were 28 degrees. The sunshades are horrible, dirty, and useless. Our toddler was up at 5 am because of the light. The towels were old and the one in the bathroom even looked used. We only had one toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights. The parking it's very low. We have a Thulle roof on the car and barely made it without scratches. We only stayed because we were super tired and had our baby with us. Otherwise we would have left the minute we saw the room. On booking they have pictures of nicer rooms and apartments and it's not fair to book thinking you'll get something else and instead you get something horrible.

It had clearly been a long time since the sofas and beds had been vacuumed under, we looked under when looking for a toy and found a lot of dirt and somebody else’s dirty socks.
