Mooi en lekker buffet-ontbijt. Ruime kamer met goede instapdouche.

Konden tijdens ons verblijf geen gebruik maken van het restaurant en de bar, deze waren gereserveerd voor buitenstaanders! Niet echt correct tegenover de hotelgasten. De mooie ontbijtruimte is te klein voor het hotel, we namen ons ontbijt in de vergaderzaal, niet echt gezellig.

Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Rooftop an dem Samstag geschlossen hat. Es ist die einzige Bar im Hotel und wir hatten uns darauf gefreut nach einem anstrengenden Tag dort noch einen Cocktail etc. zu trinken.

Sehr modern, sauber und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Dom. Das Restaurant mit Dachterrasse ist absolut top und sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel is about the best I have stayed in in the last few years, it ticks all the right boxes and I therefore highly recommend. * Very friendly staff * free minibar * You can open window * The elevator is modern as the whole of the hotel, You can also use the stairs if you don’t want to use the lifts * Clean and modern, nothing spooky or creepy * You get points if you say you don’t want your room cleaned * Very good pillows I like the restaurant, it’s quite lovely it’s on the top floor. It has a cozy, comfy feel. Combined with the lovely music, you might not want to leave in a hurry.

You will not think of the breakfast as great especially if you like your food hot. The beans was just a little warm which made it a little less enjoyable but this is me just really looking for something to complain about.

Breakfast room is on the fifth floor and has panoramic views over the city skyline. Wonderful experience.

Nothing really. The hotel happens to be on the opposite side of the city centre from the train station, so it happens to be a bit of a hike. However, it is right beside the bus station!!!

Good location. Clean. Comfortable. Nice roof top bar

The excellent location was a short walk to the Aachener Dome and Rathaus. Our room was attractive and super clean. The free minibar was a plus. We enjoyed the Uptown restaurant for dinner. It has a lovely terrace, but it rained the night we stayed.

Parking garage was crowded and expensive. Our parking voucher provided by hotel needed constant updating.

It was modern and airy. The room was original, with an open-plan design between the sleeping and bathing areas with a separate WC. Everything worked. The restaurant on the top floor with a roof terrace was exceptional due to the wonderful view of the old town. The location was ideal for a city trip- a short walk to the city centre. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking facilities under the hotel.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Very good size room, clean bright and all necessities. Dinner in lovely rooftop location restaurant good. Breakfast good but very, very busy Saturday morning.
