the location is very convenient, the hotel is located next to the train station, so very convenient if you are leaving on the early train. The staff is very helpful, we are leaving before BF time so they prepare all the BF in basket for us :)

The breakfast was excellent, great quality and variety. In walking distance(15-20 minutes)from the city centre , right next to train station. The room was very clean and modern.A great espresso machine and variety of tea and coffee in the room. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is located near the train station, very convenient for the short trips to other towns/villages. It is a walk of aprox.10 minutes to the city center, or you can take the free city bus starting from the train station to the city center (max 5 minutes). The breakfast is fantastic! the best I have ever had in a hotel: a lot of choices, best quality of food and fresh products. Fresh orange juice, French cheese, fresh fruits, etc.....Supplementary, in the evening they offer free hot wine, biscuits and fruits. You can stay in the lobby and enjoy it :) All the hotel is very clean and tidy. The Christmas decorations were very nice. You have a small courtyard very nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice, polite and ready to help you.

1. It’s a well maintained property with all new facilities included a nespresso coffee machine in all rooms. Automated Blinds of the room. The bathroom is nice too with modern amenities. 2. Location is good too. 5 mins walking from the train station and 15 mins walking from the centre of the city. 3. The breakfast is really a good spread 4. The staff is very polite. They speak English too.

I was gladly surprise with how good our room was, very comfortable and well equipped, spacious bathroom. Our room had breakfast included. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many choices, all was delicious and coffee amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Altogether excellent place to stay, I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is next to the train station, a little outside the city center, but that didn't bother us because it is easy to get to the center. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a lot of small surprises (free mini bar, comfortable slippers, coffee machine...). The staff is incredibly friendly, especially at the reception.

Beds were very comfortable. It was really nice to have extra pillows on the bed. Room had air conditioning. Many nice touches like a Nespresso machine, a mini fridge, robe and slippers, sewing and toiletry kits. Parking was great.

Our room was extremely small. You had to side step to get around the bed. The shower is open to the bathroom with nothing to stop the water from going out onto the floor. The bathroom door leaves you little privacy from the sleeping area.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the train station. Hotel is clean and big enough for 3. Most importantly, it has Aircon!!! Breakfast is excellent too with many choices of food staff sometimes struggle with English but very helpful, we were particularly thankful for the booking of private tour of the Alsace villages with short notice. Btw, the hotel's fruit beer is fantastic too! Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Colmar.

the pamphlet for coffee and tea section is not clear. There are a nesspresso machine and capsules and a tea kettleand some free sodas and water. But It looks like I have to pay to use but it is free.-I sent an email and they replied it is free.
