Lujosa casa de campo, ubicada en un terreno de 25.000 metros cuadrados en el término municipal de Manacor. La casa dispone de calefacción central, aire acondicionado, cocina y lavandería totalmente equipadas con todo tipo de maquinaria y electrodomésticos. Todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado, TV de plasma y baño privado, y cuatro de ellas disponen de salón adicional. Se accede a la casa a través de la planta intermedia, que dispone de entrada hall principal con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina, despensa, lavandería, sala de estar con chimenea, sala de estar de verano, salón comedor, garaje y porche cubierto con impresionantes vistas sobre la piscina de la finca y viñedos. En la planta superior se ubica la biblioteca en un amplio distribuidor desde el que se accede a las tres suites con salón. Cada una de estas habitaciones dispone de numerosas ventanas exteriores con vistas sobre la misma finca y fantásticas panorámicas sobre el entorno. Cada una de las 3 suites dispone de 2 TV de plasma con canales multilenguaje. En la planta inferior se ubica una habitación con baño privado y un pequeño salón con 2 TV de plasma, un gran salón barbacoa con cocina y grill eléctrico, frigorífico, botellero y nevera, y una gran mesa para 14 personas, así como un baño aseo. En el exterior y al mismo nivel de la planta descrita, una piscina rodeada de césped , jardines y terrazas, con baño independiente y una ducha exterior, configuran una extensa zona de descanso consiguiendo que cada jornada de los huéspedes se convierta en una estancia inolvidable.
La finca está situada a 2,3 Kms de Manacor con rápido y cómodo acceso a todos los supermercados de la ciudad, fábrica de perlas, bancos y cajeros automáticos y numerosas tiendas de muebles, así como diversos monumentos. A pocos minutos se encuentran las principales carreteras que enlazan Manacor con Palma y el Aeropuerto (55 Kms), Cala Ratjada (25 Kms), Porto Cristo, Cuevas del Drach, Cuevas dels Hams (12Kms), Cala Millor (16 Kms), y con las mejores playas de la Isla, Cala Millor, Can Picafort, Es Trenc, etc.
Es visita obligada la del mercado del Olivar, con todo tipo de pescado, marisco, frutas y verduras, con posibilidad de numerosas degustaciones de sushi, salmón, ostras y otros platos locales.

A stunning home from home with everything you'll need for a perfect holiday
I simply can't fault this stunning villa. 12 of us just enjoyed a wonderful week there. Lydia and Pedro are incredibly welcoming and very hospitable. It's a very large villa so everyone had plenty of space to roam around. The outdoor seating areas are really comfortable and the views are fabulous! Beach towels, bathrobes, huge paella dishes, a sunbed for everyone...there isn't anything they haven't thought of! We'll definitely be back.

The house is in the heart of the countryside, but just a few minutes by car from the town of Manacor, with its supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You aren't overlooked by anyone.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom all of which are finished to a very high standard. The master bedroom is amazing, with a spacious bathroom, lounge area and two large wardrobes. There were some additional touches that were really nice such as bathrobes in each room.
The house was exceptionally clean and tidy, and there were enough of the essentials, such as coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, and bin bags, so that we didn't have to worry about buying these things as soon as we arrived. The owner also provided fruit and a bottle of wine!
The villa is furnished to a very high standard. There are a lot of ornaments in the house, but as we were careful this didn't worry us, although anyone with small children would need to be extra careful.
There's a wonderful terrace which overlooks the pool. It has a large table that seats 14 people, and there's a chill-out area, perfect for watching the gorgeous sunsets whilst having a drink!
There's an ample pool, surrounded by grass. The only problem whilst we were there was that the grass had died. However, the owner did tell us about this beforehand. And, that's another really positive factor about this wonderful property, the owners are so very friendly and helpful, and speak fluent English. One afternoon the electrics tripped, and the owner arrived within 10 minutes to sort it out. Whilst he came to the property everyday to clean the pool, he wasn't intrusive, and allowed us to fully enjoy the villa. There is also a huge gas barbecue which we used on a couple of nights.
The downsides; well there aren't many. The 6th bedroom is small, and not to the same standard as the other rooms, but we didn't use it. With the exception of the pool area, the grounds around the house are not laid with grass. However, this large area is ploughed regularly, it is planted with many trees, and doesn't spoil the views of the vineyard in the background.
This villa was perfect for our needs, and we really enjoyed staying there. We'd book it again tomorrow, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends.
