Die Lage zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. 10 Minuten
Die Überfüllung des Frühstückraumes, besonders anstehen für Kaffee. Es fehlte des Öfteren an Produkten auf dem Frühstückbüffet.

Das Zimmer war gross
Zugang zum schäbigen Zimmer sehr schlecht.
Mit dem Gepäck noch Treppen steigen. Lift wohl schon länger defekt.
Reception genervt und überfordert.

Pas d’isolation phonique entre les chambres. On entend le voisin ronfler.

Location: Very close to the beach (3 minutes walk) and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Hotel is very spacious and there is all day food service with a bar and restaurant. I did not try the food so I cannot comment on that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very big with a huge bed and spacious bathroom. There was also a very generous balcony that one could sit on with deck chairs and a table. My room was facing east so it got the morning sun.
The only thing missing was an electric kettle. The hotel is close to Sitges which is a very charming town with lots of narrow streets, restaurant and bars. I would definitely go back there. Finally, the fact that there is a train station is a big advantage if you do not have a car. I took the train to Barcelona for a day trip. 30 minutes and 9 euro return fare. I did not have time to go to Gerona, also accessible by train from Sitges.
Unfortunately, the room was very bright at night. The staff kindly changed the curtains but it did not solve the light problem.
I think the hotel could do with some upgrading.
The breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were excellent . The menus and choices of food, traditional Catalan. Always some fish available. Superb
The hot water took too long to run through. There was a lot of waste

El hotel es cómodo y bonito, el personal amable. La cama grande y cómoda. El desayuno buffet bueno y variado.
El restaurante, la comida muy sosa y pasada de cocción, incluso creemos que del día anterior, pedimos una botella de vino y nos la trajeron abierta, no hemos cenado prácticamente. Nada recomendable el restaurante.

Sehr angenehmes, mittelgroßes Hotel in ruhiger Lage und guter Nähe zum Strand. Rezeptionspersonal freundlich, aber etwas unterkühlt. Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich. Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten am Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Poolbereich. Ansprechendes Styling von Lobby und Bar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passend.

This is not a 4* hotel. They put us in a room at the back of the hotel I think 520 no balcony, then moved to 516 overlooking the washing then we had to pay to upgrade the room for one as shown in booking. Com. Booking please contact me

Location not far from city.
Rooms were very tiny. Most of the facilities were broken down. No air conditioning in boiling hot weather. Staff were talking in Spanish when u go to make complaint and ask for another room.

The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the price was brilliant - especially as it was booked at such short notice.
The only criticism would be around the buffet breakfast - there was plenty to choose from, but (and I’m being super fussy here) the bacon could have been a bit more crispy for my liking, and I wasn’t keen on the sausages.

An older facility which has been nicely kept up to date. Modest but enjoyable pool. Basic but comfortable rooms.

the A/C in the didn’t work at all .. with 32ºC ..I told recepción and after they checked the room .. we got a new one ( the A/C work) but not very powerful .. You need a hour to cold down the room.

All good, clean, nice room, good breakfast and restaurant. Easy to go to Barcelona from there, which was for me the most important. Friendly staff. I would definitely come back there again.

Great location, close to the beach and a little away from the main buzz of Sitges. The swimming pool is clean.
The rooms are spacious and clean with nice balconies . Great breakfast with many options.
The pricing for food !
A 3 course lunch meal can cost around 22-30 Euros per person, breakfast is around 15 Euros.
