The location was near restaurants and beach which was great. the pool was nice

The property was located on high hill which was annoying to go up and down for everything. Hotel shower drain backed up into the bathroom floor, they rarely left towels in the room, the bed and linens were bad. when we arrived our hot tub wasn’t filled after requesting another room we got a plunge pool that was filled with algae and still not filled, they filled it but didn’t clean it (it was green). After complaining again they did fix it. overall, I wouldn’t recommend it was our honeymoon and wasn’t what I was imagining

Great location close to Kamari Blue Flag beech. It is a black beech,swimming shoes needed but superb for open sea swimming. Easy to get tours to rest of island. Breakfasts really good catering for all tastes. Staff excellent.

Lots of steps. Good to have changing and shower facilities when waiting for late flight. Nevertheless slightly more privacy is needed.

I didn't like that they don't have bathrobes, even if i had deluxe room. I rent an ATV from the frond desk, requested a 600 one but the guy give us a 400 one for the same price as 600 .

The staf was terrible, if you ask something - you wont get it and feel guilty that you asked. We asked a secon key, but we did not get it, and without the key inside conditionier is not working. In the room we had a kichen, but there was not enough dishes. We asked extra blanked and we get the angry faces and pff. They told as on booking messages that transfer from airport coats 25 eur (one week before trip) when we had to pay, price rised till 35eur and they did not see any problems with that - you had a ride, so pauly, this is not our foult that colegue wrote you a different price.

Breakfast was excellent- so much choice and delicious. Swimming pool lovely and clean and well looked after and beds round it comfortable. Staff very helpful and always polite. Only a short walk to the beach and the nearby restaurants and shops.

welcome a little lackluster; we learnt information as we were leaving that would have been great to know upon arrival such as the existence of water taxi to Perissa Beach.

1. Firstly, the cleaning staff did a very good job to keep the rooms and the rest of the hotel clean. Also, the swimming-pool and surroundings were always clean. 2. Two other staff members (bar staff and Irini at reception) were friendly, fun and helpful. 3. The rooms are quite spacious and the family room was fine for a family of 5. 4. The breakfast is acceptable: there's variety for most diets. It's better to eat early to enjoy the food hot.

1. The reception was unattended for long periods at a time. Guests were left waiting around to get information due to one member of staff neglecting her duties. Moreover, telephone calls and service from this reception was a ''Do It Yourself'' attitude from the staff member. From a 'four star hotel', the reception should always be attended with friendliness to guests. 2. Children are not welcome in all parts of the hotel. This was clearly communicated to me by a staff member. For this reason, I would never return to this hotel with children.

Great location, loved the room it had a beautiful sea-view was spacious and comfortable . Plenty of facilities at the hotel including a lovely pool and games room. Delicious breakfast served daily with lots of options. A short walk away from the main beach in Kamari and the restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely.

No kettle or tea making facilities or utensils in the room. Its a steep climb back to the hotel from the beach (but thats hardly the hotels fault), also a lot of climbing stairs so not the best option if you have mobility issues.

the room was spacious and extremely clean, it had a little terrace with a table/2 chairs, the hotel had a lovely lay out, not like a normal hotel, like a little maze. A pool bar, gorgeous pool with loungers/sun umbrellas, most amazing sea views, also a games room, an indoor pool with sauna/steam room, massage treatments can be booked. a super breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh fruit, greek joghurt, savoury dishes, eggs, vegetables, tea/coffees/herbal teas, simply delicious. On the day of the departure we were allowed to leave our luggage at reception and were offered a shower when returning from the beach for our late evening flight. Such a bonus to shower before the flight.

The location was great, really close to the beach, bars, restaurants etc. Pool area was small but nice. Breakfast was a positive surprise! They had all kinds of traditional vegetarian "pies" (I don't know what they're called), lots of options for vegetarian (but if you're vegan the selection is basically fruits). Room was really clean everyday.

We got a wrong room when we arrived (half the size of the one we booked) but we were given another room on the second day, which was more like the room we booked. Otherwise our stay was OK, nothing exceptional but ok. We didn't spent that much time in the hotel, so this was ok for our needs.

The view Location Swimming pool Christine and Irene are very lovely ladies. The use of swimming pool after checked out. NO need to change towels everyday for the same customers.

It says breakfast finish at 10.00, they close the door and they get angry if you haven't finish your breakfast at 10.00 promptly. ▪︎No coffee tray in the bedroom :( ▪︎Toaster burning bread in one side while the other side is completely undone. ▪︎Customers should give the gratification(tips) to the roommaids straightaway. ▪︎Roommaids should be able to use trolley to carry theirs stuffs around, NO plastic bags. ▪︎Shower very low on the wall. It was anoying to have to hold the shower head to have a shower. ▪︎ Pillow is very very hard. ▪︎No hooks in the toilet!! No where to hang your clothes in the toilet.

Some noises from next rooms during night, some noise from airplanes during silent night but acceptable. On Waze the route is not correctly leading to the hotel but somehow above it.
