Our 3 night stay at the Aegean Gem was phenomenal. The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and Nikolas was extremely helpful along the way with excursions and recommendations. Stay here!

Rooms were clean and beautiful! Not far from the beach and lots of local restaurants to choose from.

Our stay at Aegean Gem was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel staff, especially Nikolas, is extremely friendly. At arrival we were welcomed with a local drink. And even though we arrived early we could change clothes, freshen up and use the pool before our room was ready. The family run hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of options made by Nikolas’ grandmother every morning. if your hungry during the day you can order a drink or bite at the pool. From the hotel it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the many restaurants that Kamari has to offer: we really liked Fistikies and Gaia Delicatessen. Kamari is still touristy but a lot less crowded that Fira or Oia which was great. At the end of our stay we forgot our mobile phone (we really didn’t want to leave!) and Nikolas was incredibly helpful and mailed the phone to our next destination. We can absolutely recommend staying at Aegean Gem!

Superbe hotel. It is Close to the beach but very quiet at the dame time. Very stylish and clean. The concierge and all the staff have been fantastic.

Everyone was so nice to us, their customer service is great! Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Breakfast included everything we desired. 5 minute walk from the beach. I can’t say anything negative about this hotel, only positive thins!

Beautiful and modern boutique hotel with a family run feel. We loved our stay at Aegean Gem! The hospitality here was exceptional and Nikolas was an incredible host. We booked the standard room which was incredibly spacious with a balcony looking out to the mountain. Excellent location, 5 min walk to Kamari beach, cafes/restaurants, a supermarket and lots of tour companies and car rentals are very close by although the hotel can book excursions for you. We were also able to organise a hire car to be delivered to the hotel with ease as well as ferry pick up and airport taxi. Great buffet breakfast and drinks and snacks are available at the bar. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something that is more of a quiet boutique style accommodation but still very close to a vibrant buzzing area.

We had a lovely week at the Aegean Gem. Nikolas was so welcoming and was always happy to help, assisting in arranging transfers, a hire car as well as a boat trip and restaurant reservations. The room was stylish and perfectly clean l, and the balcony and hot tub just fantastic. Breakfast was just what we needed too, including special gluten free items for our son. Altogether we couldn’t recommend the hotel more and wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you

No full length mirror in room. Metal door stop close to entrance which is dangerous. Shower overflowing & water not draining. Reported to hotel management

It was great location very close to the beach and stores but also nice and quiet - rooms were spacious and clean!

Everything about Aegean Gem was faltless. The staff were amazing and tended to our every need, the breakfast was beautiful and facilities were top class. We got married during our stay and Aegean Gem helped make our day even more memorable.

We loved everything about our stay. Absolutely perfect hotel, with Nicolas the perfect host. The breakfast was fantastic, clean rooms and in a convenient location. Cannot fault at all, we can’t wait to return!

at the front desk you’ll meet Nikolas a great and helpful person he will literally explain to you everything you need to know, he’ll welcome you with a shot or local alcohol, while his grandmother will make the best breakfast for you.

Was everything we wanted. Comfort, clean, friendly helpful staff, great location in a lovely town away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira.

The room looks exactly like in the photos, very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The garden with jacuzzi was the best feature and we enjoyed it to the fullest. The owners and staff was also very nice and helpfull. Can only recomend!

Very nice hotel with lots of love for detail, stylish and always clean. Super friendly and helpful owner and staff. They always helped us with our bookings and had some great recommendations for restaurants and day trips. We would highly recommend 10/10.

Great design and thought of very detail of comfort

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and we enjoyed everything about this hotel. The suit is large and has a super lovely terrace were you can sunbathing and enjoy a glass of wine. Rooms are very very clean and all is new. Housekeeping is excellent. The pool area is quite and it s very clean too. They have a minibar at the pool were you can serve drinks. The location is perfect, it is close to the beach and to the bus station. At the hotel’s restaurant you can find a very tasty breakfast. The owners of the hotel are very kind people, they served us with drinks and they helped us with everything we needed. They are just super nice. I really recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay in Kamari, Santorini. Thank you Aegean Gem stuff for such a pleasure holiday.
