The location was the main positive
We booked the family room which was up 44 steps top floor room 8., no lift. It had a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was so worn and thin that a duvet had been folded and placed under the sheet really uncomfortable. The light kept going out in the bathroom. I thought as it stated a B&B breakfast was included but it wasn't.

Perfect location for the convention centre, it is literally down the steps, cross road and go straight up the convention centre steps. The bed is very comfy but I’m glad I took my own pillow. Shower is amazing!! Very good water pressure, your hair will be rinsed out in seconds!
The room was quite warm and stuffy but there is a nice big window and a little fan to help. Nothing else to dislike for me.

Good location for a lot of amenities in central Harrogate. Kim was very friendly. It was pretty quiet too for it being so central.

Such a nice comfortable clean place, really close to the centre. Lovely helpful people too.
When I arrived they told me I was too late to be able to say I wanted breakfast in the morning, so best to say when you book. Plenty of places nearby though.

Kim was lovely and very sweet! She went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Also great location!

An outstanding B&B, very modern, clean and extremely COVID friendly, we stayed for 2 nights, did have the option of ordering breakfast to the room but we declined this (but on reading reviews previous to booking they are lovely too!) Kim was lovely, friendly and very accommodating. Our room was reading so we checked in an hour early. Upon leaving she told us we could leave our car parked up if we required. Close to Bars, Restaurants and shops! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
