Very helpful &friendly staff, great location

The location

The bathroom was old and the shower cabin was broken, also there were a lot of spider webs on the celling.

Self Check In was efficient and useful. Coffee Machine and some pods supplied. Not too far from main sites in Citta Alta and also not far from a bus stop.

The bathroom is not great. Shower facilities are quite bad. No hot water in the shower. The shower door was broken. Shower is also a bit shabby and cramped. The wrong password was provided for the WiFi on the signs and leaflet in the apartment. The correct one is on the bottom of the router. It's a noisy street - vehicles driving quickly on the cobbles. Not much that can be done about this - the cobbles are pretty! But I would bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The location is in the Old town, it has pros and cons - easy to go for the walk, but noisy at night - people, cars and even busses were moving just by our windows.

It was cold inside and the bathroom need urgent renovation in the shower and wc. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, maybe it is ok for companies. Unfortunately we couldn’t relax.

Communication with this particular accommodation seemed problematic from the beginning. We asked 2 questions about where we could leave our suitcases and they didn't answer us. They also haven't sent us the invoice we requested. However, the most serious of all is the following: the check-in was after 3 pm and we arrived there around 5:30 pm. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the apartment had not been cleaned, that is, there were no clean towels and sheets on the beds, dirty papers in the bins, and of course, the rest of the apartment was not clean. We had our 5-year-old child with us who was sleeping at that time and unfortunately, we were very troubled as we could not put him to sleep anywhere. I contacted the lady who had sent us the check-in instructions by sending photos of the apartment. She replied that they had a problem with the cleaning crew and that they would come in an hour and a half. I could tell you much more about cleanliness in general and safety in particular with a door that was falling apart, but I don't have enough words...

location is good, next to cable car and panradomic view

bed is too small for 2person, even the length …if you are little bit tall (1.88m) your feet maybe outside the bed…

NEVER COME HERE, IF YOU ARE COMING BY CAR! Positioned as a place with free parking places, but after moving around for 1 hour there were no free parking places at all near by! After several calls and chatting with the owner, he offered us one parking place for 20eur, witch was rented by him and was hardly reachable trough the narrow roads. When we came there, offered parking place was already reserved and we had to leave our car to the other place (owner said, that it is OK, but we were not that sure, fortunately it was late evening and after 5 hours the car was still there). Would never book this place, if new that!

Everything was perfect, I highly recommend staying here. There were technical problems with the apartment we booked, but the staff has offered the other place, which was even better. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. It's in the center of beautiful old town, close to everything you need - shops, bus stops and restaurants.

The location is nice in Citta Alta. Easy to find If you take a funikular up to the hill and then turn left and round the corner. At night it was quite, I slept peacefully and well. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The apartment was quite spacious, but no so cosy as it could be with a little more effort with decoration. After I left, I got a message that the keys were not found from the locker (by cleaners) and a remainder that check out was at 11. That was a bit surpraising, since I left befoe 11 and left the keys to a locker as agreed. When I told this to a host, he said that everything was ok, it seems that the keys were they suppose to be. So I would higly recommend you to take a picture when leaving the keys in the locker, that may help If there will be trouble.

Everything was really nice - the apartment is at top location and the transfer from the airport was really helpful.

Perfect location to see the Città Alta of Bergamo.

The room has seen better days. Some parts are broken, the bath is not really up to standards and I had just expected more for this price.

Very good location, 3 minute-walk to the heart of the old town, near the walls of the old town.

It was very noisy, the shower needs fixing and cleaning. It looked a bit different in the photos.

Excellent service and hospitality from Alessandro who was so wonderfully friendly. I couldn't rate his service more highly, I felt very welcomed and the place was immaculate.

The house is awesome and the Alessandro hospitality.

Some items missing (hairdresser, kitchen rags), not a problem for a short stay like ours.

Emanuel welcomed us great, everything in time, house is cozy and comfortable

Light through the window during light is quite bright, it would be good to have some light blocking curtains , but everythibg else is great !
