parking was terrible reception wasn’t nice not very friendly manager floor was pretty dirty

The communication before, during and after our stay via email was exceptional. Made check in and check out super easy. Property was perfect size for us … 4 adults and 1 child. And location was great for the short stay we had. We’ve been to Noosa many times so knew our way around easily and got everywhere we needed to on foot!

We did arrive a little early to the property (30mins) and thought we would try for an earlier check in but it wasn’t possible. This was completely fine but the gentleman I interacted with at check in was very abrupt and a little rude! Also if you have a large car (we have a lifted 4wd with a rooftop tent) the car parking space doesn’t accommodate. The roof is too low. We did however luck some parking on the road right outside. However in high season I imagine this would be a struggle.

It was a perfect little apartment for our holiday. We were slightly disappointed that there were not any cooking essentials in the kitchen (oil etc) however we purchased some and left it there for the next person to use. The wifi also was not very good at all however it had great access to the pool, easy parking and only a 10 minute walk to hasting street. Would highly recommend.

Spacious place, close walk (15min) to Hasting St. Spacious rooms.

Maybe to install a second cooling unit into the room with queen bed, as fan can be disturbing during night. Other than that nothing.

Wifi wasn’t working while we were there (hopefully it is fixed now). Hot water service was very small.

The Villas was spacious.

There was an issue with cleanliness. Pieces of trash were in various places around the apartment (sticking out from under beds, hygiene sticker stuck to laundry basket and ashes from ?cigarettes over balcony). The beds appeared neat but when pulled back there were a few hairs on the sheets before we slept on them. We were also bitten by something in the beds.

The location is great. Decent sized apartment. Parking is good.

It was definitely a bit dated & there are limited facilities, slight lack of details/comfort etc.

Location is good, only 15 minute walk to Hastings Street. Clean.

Quite ran down, in urgent need of renovation works or maintenance. I guess it is what you get in Noosa for this price. :/

Location was good,the room was a bit noise but overall we were satisfied

The noise was a bit to much in the evening and I would preferred a little bit a bigger fridge in the kitchen

The reception when we arrived was a poor indication of the villa it was messy and pretty gross to be honest, it was not a great first impression of the villas. The villa it self was nice and clean. There was quite substantial road works right outside that made it tricky to navigate in and out of the villa by car and foot.
