The hotel is located in a beautiful environment. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

I had to run the water in the shower for 5 minutes before it got warm. It was quite uncomfortable.

Great place. We chose it only for one night (halfway from vacation) and in total we did not have very high requirements, and meanwhile it charmed us very positively! Nice and clean rooms, very nice and efficient service great restaurant, delicious breakfast! For those traveling with children- a great "monkey grove" - an important thing after a long car trip, for those traveling with a dog fantastic area for an hour or more walk! Beautiful neighborhood!

I think that the dog fee of 10 euros is a bit too much...

It is great place close to town but as well in nature, It had paying ground in breakfast place as well outside in the garden.

Nice location of the hotel, facilities and restaurant with good breakfast and meals.

I was totally missing small fridge in the room, modern television and channels and some things were quite used as shower head, some furniture and sink battery. For the price I would expect more comfy rooms, it was more like a hostel than a hotel.

No english speaker, we have called at arrival and the person who answered the phone hung up when she heard that we were speaking English

Room was basic but had everything we needed

The room was too light in the morning, room needs blackout blinds. We were refused food seeing as there was a big party being served first, which was disappointing as we are using the hotel too

The breakfast was on menu, what I got from the order was good. Sadly both coffee and juice could have been better. The few interactions I got with the staff were pleasing.

The bedding solution in particular was far from ideal, the mattress was too slim and soft so to feel the bedsprings below (I am not a big lad), moreover the synthetic blanket was covered with a too short cover and the materials were giving off static electricity with each contact. In the dark you could see the sparks! The pillows were fine. Weren't for these details I would have recommended it.

we have come other times to this hotel when we participate in animal races. rooms are spacious and you're in the middle of the countryside

we were two couples but I booked three doubles. in the third double bedroom we would have made the cats sleep in their carriers. at the ceck in, they asked me to pay 5 euros for each cat. I explained that the third room was for cats who would not enjoy breakfasts, bathroom and linen :). everything seemed clear but the next day, on our return from the event, the manager attacked us harshly in Slovak demanding the payment of 5 euros for each cat. it was not a question of money but what bothered everyone was the aggressiveness and rudeness of the woman. I point out that I could cancel the reservation of the three rooms by the 14th but on the 12th I was charged the stay on the credit card. we have stayed in this hotel at least four times but such behavior with customers we have not received in any other hotel. I also have an accommodation for tourists but I have never allowed myself to address my customers in this way. we would have spent less to pay for each cat than to book a third room. great business sense... un made beds, broken door handle with difficulty getting into the room

This hotel does the basics well and the staff are courteous and very helpful. Special thanks to Stanka in the restaurant and Philip in reception. My room was clean, tidy and quiet at night with good air conditioning.

The town of Pezinok has a bit of a rundown feel to it, so the immediate area was a little disappointing. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

Unlucky situation, but the kitchen ventillation was right in my bathroom, extremely noisy. Earplugs saved the day (and my sleep).
