The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. Maria, the host, was quick to respond to any queries we had. The host stored away our luggage after check out until we had to leave for the airport. The apartment is in walking distance to Bellevue Beach - less than 10 minute walk. This apartment is about a 20 min walk to the Old Town. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Dubrovnik to stay in Maria’s apartment.

Everything was great

Grootte apartement, alle voorzieningen voor een weekje aan zee. Niet ver van het strand ( 10 minuten lopen ) en de oude stad ( 20 minuutjes lopen ). Leuke en goede restaurantjes in de buurt. Autoverhuur op 5 minuten loopafstand.

De directe omgeving van het appartementen complex. Oud, onderkomen en slecht verzorgd. De eerste indruk als je aankomt is niet al te best. " Via achterom " naar de ingang, poezen op de trap en in de ingangshal. Nummer 2 is overigens moeilijk te vinden. Ingang van het gebouw is niet meer dan een ijzeren tuinhek. Absoluut ongeschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Veel trappen, geen lift.

Very nice welcome to find the place, great location with good access to the Bellevue Beach; very close to good choices of dining!

Great location. Spacious - two very large bedrooms, each with air conditioning. Large lounge/kitchen/diner area again with air conditioning. Small balcony big enough for 2-3 max which is on the side of the building so you can see both the sea and mountains. Well equipped if you want to eat in, even a dishwasher Petar/Maria were very helpful pre arrival and whilst we were there.

The host Petar, Maria's Husband met us at the apartment and showed us round. The apartment is really spacious and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. There is a lovely bakery next door, a supermarket close by and a travel agent opposite the apartment, and its about a 15 minute walk down into the old town, but there is a really good bus service with a stop close by.

The apartment was very clean, convenient and comfortable. Hot shower, good air con, clean kitchen, useful washing machine. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone. The view from the balcony was surprisingly good, shop and bakery next door, restaurant across the road, and the old town well within walking distance even for our little 7 year old! Lovely little beach very near across the road. Hosts very kind and welcoming and we had everything we needed.

The apartment was excellent. It had everything you could possibly need and was very good quality throughout. Petar was very welcoming and helpful. There was a beach just across the road and a lovely bakery and shop just a short walk away. It was within walking distance of the old town and the Minceta. Would highly recommend this apartment. Fabulous location, well worth a visit!
