Beautiful family room, quiet, comfortable, and close to great food and fun activities

Nice location, close to Doolin, but private.

We found it by looking for a B&B, but found out after we paid the week before our stay that it wasn't a B&B. We had to go into town for breakfast. The places that were open had 5-6 people out front waiting to be seated. We found one place with an open table, but since we weren't staying there, there was no service for us. We did find a flat bread pizza place that served a breakfast pizza.

The property was clean and comfortable. location was close to McGann’s pub which had live music and great food. The view of the North Atlantic from our room was outstanding.

We didn’t get to meet the owners in person.

Host was kind and room was clean and safe with a beautiful view.

Room was very warm and clean. Perfect location, just 5 min drive to Doolin. Owners gave a great recommendation about where to go for lunch/dinner.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear all your neighbors

An outstanding location and beautiful place. Can't rate highly enough. Town was 3 minutes away. Enjoyed excellent pub food and traditional Irish music. Hope someday to return

Modern, lovely views, location

Everything is perfect!

We were greeted on arrival with exactly the best room. Room and bath were spotless. The bed was perfect and lots of tea and coffee were in the room as well. The location was only minutes from the Cliffs of Moher. Everything was great for an excellent price. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely stay and perfect with dog. The city Doolin ist just a few minutes by car and the Cliffs of Moher are also easily reachable. Room was really quite and well equipped.

Beautiful remote location, room was beautiful and spotless, very comfortable, full of lovely details. Lovely host and instructions on check-in/out should he not be available at the moment.

As breakfast was not included, host provided options for having meals around the town; however only one of them was actually serving breakfast and it was crowded. We had to keep looking for places serving a later breakfast (10h30am).

What a beautiful place to land for the night. The guest house is immaculate and comfortable, and the hosts are lovely (and gave great suggestions for places to go in town). We stayed in the family room, which has a sea view and overlooks the small farm outside. The Coastal View is a 5min drive to town, or a 25-30min walk.

Just off Doolin village, in the middle of the fields surrounded by animals brought me back to that “childhood” feeling and vibe of when I used to go at the mountain with my family. Rediscovered the feeling of getting out the busy life in the city and “go back to nature” (we’re italians and live in Dublin, so…). The room is very nice, cured in all details which I appreciate as an interior design lover, I think are the things that make a difference! Martin was nice and gave us very good suggestions on the surroundings and places to hang out/visit. Very nice stay overall!

More than “didn’t like” these are suggestions. I think the place would be great if there was an outdoor hot tub overlooking the fields and the cattle, and the coast. It would be nice to receive some welcome home made pie/cake by the owner on arrival in your room, that would really make the place 10/10 perfect and catch more people’s attention! ☺️☺️☺️

Excellent cleanliness, lovely decor, modern.

Coastal view was only really possible from sitting at the table close to the window but the view from there was great. A 'perfect Irish view'. And despite the window being small the room was bright.

Place was totally clean, spacious and comfortable. Kids loved the play area at the property. Hosts were lovely and made sure that all our needs are met during the stay.
