Great stay - Very nice place -

The location is very nice and close to a lot of Khao Yai’s major attractions and restaurants. The activities on site are good to keep children entertained throughout the day. There is the golf course as well, but if you just want a nice 4 km walk you can follow many paths around the course. The horses are very accessible all day. The toys for riding around as well. Lots of food options from breakfast to dinner, including the on site cafe and a full restaurant. And the movies at night for dinner and the evening were also nice! Finally, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were always saying hello, opening doors, trying to accommodate as much as they could for my family. It was very pleasant.

There are a few things that visitors should be aware of when staying here. There are lots of things to do, but everything comes at a cost. Bring extra cash if you plan to do them all. You will need it. I was surprised a package deal was not available. The pool is a bit of a safety hazard. There is no in/out access point with any sort of stairs/ladder. Bummer because the pool was a great temperature and fun to play in, but we would have played much more if there was easier access! The blue tiles lining the edge are very slippery when wet, and of course about half of the tiles around the pool deck area are not textured, so they are slippery and dangerous as well. Finally, I hope that they will make the chef understand some things before future guests go through what I did. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for dinner the first night. After 20 minutes a dried, baked piece of flat bread with sauce and pepperoni came to the table. No cheese. When I questioned the dinner staff they called the kitchen then said it was a new recipe. After another almost 30 minutes of trying to get about 5 staff members to understand you can’t serve pizza without cheese without posting this, a new pizza with cheese was finally delivered. But my family had already finished dinner so we took it ‘to go’. The irony is they have 6 pizzas in their menu, one called 4 Cheese, and according to the staff, the Margarita pizza is always served with cheese. They even have a ‘build your own’ of sorts on the menu, I think it was called special request. But why they could not just make me a pepperoni pizza and add cheese (even if the chef believes pizza should not be served with cheese) is beyond me! Again, I hope they figure this out before the next guest is as surprised as I was about how ridiculous this pizza looked and tasted. I did take one bite to make sure I was not missing something. I was not. The pizza was … cheese!

Almost perfection ! infrastructure is amazing , golf course, ranch and horses, bikes,... swimming pool and even movie theather outside.

The hotel is beautiful and the staffs were friendly. The swimming pool is big, very nice to swim.

The activity around the area was extraordinary. Love the movie premiere every night, such a great experience.

Staff show hospitality but clearly are untrained. Cannot solve any problems at all. Management and communication should improve. - ATK: Hotel sent a message that ATK is required for every guest with 100 baht charge. Upon arrival I was told that I could bring my own ATK and did not have to pay. - Not enough chair at my table. Asked for one more from a staff who said they did not have one. - Ordered 2 cocktails and it took half an hour. - Had requested a horse riding lessons 3 times. Every time, staff said she would call back but never did. - Was told upon check-in that additional 250 baht will be charged for a kid's breakfast. I offered to pay at check-in. Staff said I can pay at the restaurant when I went for breakfast. Staff at the restaurant said breakfast for kids costed 375 baht. Went back to check with Front and was told 250 bath will be charged only if you bought a coupon at the front office! - My sister went to the restaurant for breakfast in a sleeveless dress but was told that she wasn't allowed to come in. No dress code was informed to us beforehand or posted on the hotel website. This was the most humiliating experience of our stay!

It’s was a really nice place. big and clean room. bed also comfy. staff are very friendly and helpful.
