Apartamento perfectamente ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad a solo 250 metros de La Catedral y El Ayuntamiento . Entorno a estos maravillosos monumentos se encuentran los más diversos Restaurantes donde disfrutar de la afamada gastronomía murciana, con Cafeterías y Bares, famosos en toda España por sus típicas tapas. También en ese recorrido, donde pueden moverse en distancias todas cercanas, se encuentran La Gran Vía con sus tiendas de última moda y Centros Comerciales, así como Teatros, Cines, Museos etc.etc..
Esta vivienda tiene 98 metros, es totalmente exterior y está decorada recientemente con unas calidades de primera y un gusto exquisito. Consideramos que la labor de limpieza y desinfección interior es primordial, y dedicamos una especial atención en cuidar hasta el mínimo detalle para que los pasajeros se encuentren el mejor confort en toda su estancia en el apartamento.

El edificio de 12 plantas consta de 2 viviendas por planta y el piso está situado en la novena planta. La terraza con espectaculares vistas, permite celebrar cenas íntimas en los meses más cálidos del año debido a las buenas temperaturas de Murcia.
. El hall de entrada es muy elegante y muy amplio, 2 Ascensores, Cámaras de seguridad y servicio diario de recogida de basuras por el personal de limpieza.
Ya en la calle, justo en los bajos de edificio, hay tienda de frutas de calidad, traídas diariamente de la Huerta murciana y otros víveres comestibles.. También hay cafeterías y a lo largo de la avenida otros negocios de tiendas de diversas categorías.
Justamente delante del edificio está el Rio Segura, donde se pueden alquilar canoas para paseos por el rio. El Puente de Hierro es peatonal y restaurado hace 4 años, cuenta con más de 100 años de antigúedad, al cruzarlo te encuentras con un parque extensísimo con árboles centenarios..

This property is great to relax in and enjoy the river view. The beds were unfortunately uncomfortable and the kitchen is tight but you can’t beat the amazing location.

A great place for a short term stay, but an excellent place for a month stay! Perfect location, spacious living area, and an amazingly comfortable bed. The balcony was our favorite place to sit with a glass of wine and delectables from the many nearby groceries and the fresh mercado which also provided incredible ingredients to make our own meals (we love to cook, but we could also walk to extraordinary restaurants, just across the river). We loved walking along the river and the malecón. Antonio and Esther were the best at responding to all our needs. We supplied shower soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer and they bought a new Nespresso machine and excellent sauté pans. The dishwasher worked great and so did the rather quirky washing machine. We had an incredible month in Murcia, thank you Antonio and Esther!

The photographs for the apartment do not really do justice to how well the space works. The main bedroom faces into the courtyard void, not the street, so it is quiet and the bed is comfy. For a foodie like myself, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and bits and bobs. There is a small 'corner shop' next door, a good local supermarket 5 mins round the corner by Dominos and a Mercadona 15 minutes away. The river has a lovely walkway for people and bicycles and the bus station for travelling further is about 20 minutes. Parking is on the street outside. It is in a residential area, so there are cheap local bars/tapas places and a lovely park all 5 minutes walk away, as well as a great little bakery, fishmonger and greengrocer. The other side of the river has more restaurants and bars all within an easy walk and gorgeous buildings in and around the older town area (which isn't as old as some areas of Southern Spain due to floods and earthquake) as well as more upmarket shops. We experienced the Covid-19 shutdown as it started and were amazed at hw considerate people were - social distancing, no panic buying etc! We are sure we will be back as we were only able to go outside for 3 of our 10 day stay!

Hübsche Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Anfang November in dieser hübschen sauberen Wohnung im 9. Stockwerk mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Murcia und den Fluss direkt vor der Tür. Das Wetter war selbst um diese Jahreszeit noch genial, wir haben draußen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und das bunte Treiben unten auf den Straßen beobachtet. Auch abends lohnt sich der Blick vom Balkon auf die beleuchtete Kathedrale und den Rest der Stadt. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter und der Assistentin war sehr nett und verlief reibungslos. Die Ausstattung war gut, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Hausflur und Aufzug waren auch sehr gepflegt. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, rundherum gibt es Geschäfte und Lokale und man braucht nur über die Brücke und erreicht schnell die nette Altstadt. Man darf da oben nur keine Höhenangst haben, aber ich habe es trotzdem sehr genossen.

Apartamento muy cómodo con ubicación fantástica.
El apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Es silencioso, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para gozar de una estpenda estancia en Murcia. Las vistas al río y a la Catedral son excepcionales. Los anfitriones muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a facliitar información y ayuda. Muy recomendable.

A stunning location overlooking the city of Murcia
Comfortable and clean accommodation in a lovely part of Murcia. Well equipped kitchen. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the views from the veranda showing a wonderful view of the city and surrounding mountains.

This is an absolutely lovely flat to stay in which has been decorated in a very tasteful way. The hosts (Antonio and Esther) could not be more helpful. The views from the balcony are stunning and the flat has everything you need to be comfortable. The area is just great, with local shops, restaurants, etc at just a stone's throw away. You are basically in the centre but, being on the other side of the river, there is peace and quiet. We were staying there during the height of the fiestas in Murcia (which can be quite noisy!). The location of the flat means you can escape the mayhem if you like. This year the firework display on the last night of the fiestas was staged on the bridge immediately in front of the flat, which meant we had a front row view from the comfort of our own balcony. I could not recommend this place highly enough and very much hope to return.

VACACIONES EN MURCIA
La vivienda está dotada de todos los aparatos modernos como el aire acondicionado,internet,televisión,lavabajillas,cocina,menaje en general de cubiertos,copas,vasos,mantelería ect.,el emplazamiento el mejor de Murcia,a nosotros nos ha gustado mucho y hemos tenido una estancia feliz. Nosotros,como sólo erámos dos personas no hemos echo uso del lavabajillas ni lavadora ni de internet. Quiero dar las gracias a Antonio García,por tener una vivienda tan bonita y acondicionada.

Für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Toll!
Wir sind ganz begeistert von der tollen Lage: Stadtmitte, jedoch ruhig, fantastische Aussicht auf die Altstadt, vor allem von der hübschen Terrasse.
Leider konnten wir (Februar!) die Terrasse nicht nutzen, aber das gibt uns einen Grund in der warmen Zeit wieder zu kommen.
Die Wohnung ist im guten Zustand und gemütlich. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Nur die laute Heizung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Ester und Ihren Mann für den freundlichen Service.

Très bel appartement à Murcia
Appartement très agréable, vraiment bien équipé, et très bien placé pour visiter la ville. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, surtout la nuit quand la cathédrale est illuminée! Le quartier est très agréable également avec plein de petits commerces et un joli parc à proximité. Pas de problème de stationnement. A recommander vivement.
